What exactly is the essence of the theory?

Jinx knew the former chairman long before his metamorphosis (you know what the chairman was like, and I have another theory that he used to be more "lively"). There was a faint hint of romance between them. Jinx became attached to him, perhaps even too much to share his dark politics, his desire to sow misery

When the Chairman's soul began to dissipate, they stopped maintaining contact, but Jinx still tried to be by his side

…And so, the end of the first season, when the Chairman was defeated. Jinx has gone mad with pain and obsession with revenge. She vowed to destroy Scratch and take over the chairman's chair in order to continue the work of her departed lover

It sounds like complete nonsense😀 But I like this idea... It still provides some explanation for Jinx's obsession with the chairman and his policy of spreading suffering, as well as the drama in her character. It's better than what we were given (or rather not given) in the cartoon
