I’m struggling because I’m nearly 3 weeks postpartum and I’m exclusively breastfeeding so I can’t restrict too heavily and it’s very hard to exercise because I have stitches from vaginal delivery and not much time to myself. Anyone have tips or has anyone been pregnant while trying to lw???? Helppppppppppp please
