There were a lot of armored boys and girls in the city... Yoko had been here for quite some time, and it was one of the things she quickly became familiar with. Not that that was a bad thing, in fact, she thought it was kind of cool. They seemed to come from a different time, maybe even a different plane of existence.
Whatever the case, Yoko found herself staring down this particular blonde. He looked sweet, he was probably a kind knight... She couldn’t help but wonder if he had a princess waiting for him in a far off land- ‘Those sorts of things are only in fairy tales, right? How cheesy would that be?’ - But even so, she continued to stare in amazement.
The redhead wasn’t even aware of the fact she was staring him down, she was so lost in thought, creating scenarios for the other in her head. Yoko was well-read so it wasn’t hard to imagine all of the possibilities this knight had gone through. But that probably couldn’t compare to the actuality of the situation. She stood up from her spot, deciding to make an effort to ask. She took a few steps forward, realizing now it was completely obvious she had been staring him down... But it was too late to back out now.
“So.. You’re a knight, right?”
‘Ugh.. way to start off a conversation with a lame rhyme, Yoko..’ That was embarrassing in of itself, but she had to press onward, “I was just wondering... I’ve never really sat down to talk with a knight before, but...” She shifted her weight, leaning against some nearby wall. “Do you really save princesses and fight bad guys and all that..? Or is it more of a political job...?” She raised an eyebrow, waiting for an answer.
