Life can be a fairytale

Sometimes we all need something to keep us sweet! i'm a firm believer that we can all have a fairytale life and fairytale attitude sometimes and be perfect all the time, without changing ourselves. We are all pretty, kind and 100% unique! Never the less i love disney, it makes me feel like a sparkly little kid, and this is based on the things i learnt from those films.

I LOVE (!) anything that can help me with my quest to loook like a disney princess! One of my favourites is snow white because of her unmistakable 1930's, and this video really captures her essence! I'm on the look out for as many of these princess tutorials as I can find, so expect many more :D

I'm sure you've all heard of Micheal Phan, she's an absoloute genius, so this can't go wrong!

Full of grace (kelly)

I'm afraid today is a bit of a ramble, but a happy ramble nonetheless :)

There are a few lucky girls out in the world who are real princesses. Princess Eugenie and Beatrice, and Marie Antoinette were born into royalty, Kate Middleton and Grace Kelly married into royalty. But however it happened they are graceful, poised and pretty. I think that as long as we dress ourselves to feel like princesses, we can be as beautiful as any!

I would also like to just mention Marie Antoinette. She is one of my idols, because despite the many mistakes she made (although many are myths including let them eat cake!) she was a very strong and beautiful woman. She was a style icon of the era and one of the most graceful and elegent people in history apparantly! Anyway, if ever you're doing some princess homework ;) look her up, she is truely more than she seems!

What's a princess to do? (Whilst waiting for her prince...)

I'm a very creative person. I love making things, PRETTY things :D unfortunately my art skills only cover stick men, and sticking and glueing things after he age of 10 is only really allowed at home, in secret XD So, I want a cheap(ish!) pretty and fairly easy artistic hobby. And then a fairy godmother named Ruth came and introduced me to...Cross stitch! Now this wasn't my first time sewing, but I wasn't very good at that either...but cross stitch is full-proof because its just little x's, nothing else too it!

Anyway, here are some of the daintiest passtimes you can pick :)

Cross stitching/embroidery

Cake baking and decoration

Knitting and crochet

Croquet

Horse riding

Piano/Harpsichord or harp playing

Sewing

Poetry and story writing

Flower planting

Hosting tea parties

Ballet and dance

OK! so this is a band (or idol group technically, but whatever!) from Japan called AKB 48, and they are super adorable! despitie having no idea what they are saying they make the happiest pop songs ever, which are great to listen to when you're feeling a little bit blue :(

A quick summery: AKB 48 are currently separated into four different teams, Team A, Team K, Team B and Team 4. They make pop songs and have their own theatre where they perform every day! There are trainees too that arnt in teams yet but also appear in videos and stage shows. When they get old enough the team members graduate! You can find all the members on the AKB48 website (in either english, japanese or chinese)

Feel like a princess, look like a princess

One of the most fab ways to make yourself over is by getting goodies at a gorgeous place, it makes the whole process of buying and shopping more lovely! prettyandcute.com is possibly the best place too buy a great products in both nude and bright colours! It also has some more quirky Asian products us western girls don't get :'( The makeup they sell all comes in such cute packing and they sell just about everything, body and face skincare, clothes, fake nails, nail polish etc. they even have the most GORGEOUS bursh sets, and everything can be customer rated ^^

I would also like to mention Koreanbigeyes.com (I'm not sure of the exact address but you can google it) as they sell the most gorgeous hyper lenses! They can truly give the look of a doe-eyed innocent young princess, and I think they  are beautiful!

First post (the post that hurts the most)

Sorry for the mighty boosh quote in the title, I simply couldn't resist.

I suppose I could have been clearer about the point of this little blog thing. Well really i just want a place that can spark that feeling of pure happiness and innocence that disney films gave me when i was a little younger. And even now. There will hopefully be all kinds of thing on here but I don't want think i'm some kind of weirdo. I know that no ones perfect! and i sure wouldnt want/expect someone to be like a disney princess all their life, it would be very odd. Honestly its also just a nice way to express this side of me, the other being a diehard escape the fate fan and general screamo listener...i don't try and mix the two, its too confusing XD so anyway, i hope all this works out and if someone decides to read, well, i guess that would be pretty damn nice.
