Accepting the hand, they gave a firm handshake with something of a warm grin on their face. "A pleasure Fleurette. The name's Adrian. Nice to meet you." Though it felt like they had encountered this woman before, there was no reason to bring it up. It had been a while after all.

...Taking such a long refuge has done a bit of damage I'm certain.

His shoulders shrugged. “They try. At least they’re smart enough to know where to set themselves.” The park was busy enough on days like this, after all. Izaya’s eyes lazily wandered to stare ahead of him, at a family across the pathway. His voice was just as lazy, bordering on indifference.

"Such a wide world and yes still this very specific district." What were the chances though, really? "With your abilities I’d be wandering much further elsewhere. Unless of course you’ve already done that, but I can’t imagine you covering the whole earth already."

"Guess that's all that can be expected a fair amount of the time." Adrian was usually reluctant to express their thoughts about humans so directly. And yet, they felt it was relatively alright to be a bit more frank about it so speak, especially in a rather easy tone.

"Yes, it is a rather distinct district. Have been to others ..that's why it's really been a while. Been beyond the earth and back. And still, I'll admit there is more to see here as well. ..Doesn't stop me from returning every now and again. Haven't covered the whole earth, though that's a goal of mine. But I'm taking it slow for the moment."
