Renè looked toward Lacus before heading in the direction of the patrol’s route. He did agree with Lacus, things were dull when they weren’t fighting. “Hn. Guess you’re right in that point.”

He looked toward Lacus, red orbs peering into his companion. “ I can get bored, i just don’t show it like you do.” And with that he resumed walking

Humming in understanding he followed his companion. Lacus quickly fell in step next to him swinging his arms slightly as he walked.

“You know,” he started, “it’d be unbearable if it weren’t for you. Dealing with this alone would bore me to death!” As he spoke, his voice got higher and he threw his arms in the air.

“ Not everything is about fun, Lacus.” Renè retorted calmely, while shaking his head. “ We have duties to uphold and orders to follow, you can have fun in the battlefield. “ Maybe he’d ignore Lacus if he so much happened to drain one of these wandering children dry by accident.

The vampire sighed, turning away from René in a swift movement. “Yeah, yeah I know. But until it’s time for that, things are so unbelivably boring!”

Pausing for a while Lacus spoke up again, curiousness in his voice. “How come you are never bored?” Well, if he was, he certainly didn’t show it.

Raising an eyebrow Lacus looked at his partner as if he were insane. “What the hell would be fun about patrolling?” The only thing which would be entertaining about that was if he found some humans, unlikely around this time.
