I'm sorry but there's no way you eat 2600 calories a day and have a body like you do. If you did eat that much you'd be fat. Stop encouraging people to binge eat and get obese like wtf? Why are you lying about how much you eat? We all know you starve.
where do i begin? with the fact that you’re so hateful that you sent an anonymous message telling someone with an eating disorder that they eat too much? or with the fact that you’re full of shit?

calories are not the enemy. food is fuel! the average person needs 2000+ calories a day. throw in weight lifting & exercise and that number goes up. factor in age, and that number changes. building muscle adds to your lean body mass and therefor increases your total daily energy expenditure. your body will adapt to your food intake, so if you slowly eat more calories your basal metabolic rate will increase over time. i went from starving myself on >1000 cals so that i would gain weight on a measly 1200 (which is crazy). now i lose weight on anything less than 2400! i did that and so can you! people (especially teens and young adults) tend to underestimate the amount of calories they need. dieting can screw up your metabolism, cause a host of health issues, and stunt your growth.
food is fuel. food is good. food is strength, energy, and life. i hope you can heal too.
