Right so I haven’t been tracking my calories because idk life? But I decided yesterday to start again. Yeah I “failed” at keeping consistent last time and continuing to track my calories but hey you only need it to stick once for it to become a habit right? So I’m going to keep trying. Going to keep coming back after “failing”.
On another note, I’ve been pretty good about sticking to my running plan so I’m very proud of myself for that. This is the third week of it and I’m also feeling good while running which is most important to me after last year when I was in so much pain after doing any sort of run.
