This scene gave me shivers. Sun Ho has done an unforgivable thing but what makes him such an interesting character is that damned or not, he is still trying to salvage something out of the wreck and has a line he won’t cross - perhaps because Yeon is a true innocent, who doesn’t know anything, perhaps to try to expiate what he’s done in some measure, perhaps because he can only take so much destruction of his soul.

But going toe to toe with his monster father and winning because he really has reached his limit and won’t bend any more no matter the cost - that scene was amazing.

It’s a lot harder to root for the good guy when he bad guy is not wholly so and it makes the story so interesting.
