In a blink of the eye!

I cannot believe how quick 2015 has got to May! This year was supposed to be miles better than last year that which ended on nose dive.... started off looking good, then lost a friend. Looking forward to the high seeing my cousin getting married next month!

Life isn't fair ...

Gaining family members is a blessing but when you lose them the pain and the void they leave is unimaginable! Life is uphill struggle but when it's a downhill slope it can be a blessing or plain disastrous. Why is it that some people seem to cruise in life and all the pieces seems to magically fit... My jigsaw is a mess I know what it supposed to resemble to a point but is it right .. There are missing pieces ... It still a work in progress .......

Made myself a delicious and super refreshing Anti-bloating Anti-aging Detox water! Here’s what you’ll need to make a pitcher:

* 3-4 strawberries sliced * 1 small Persian cucumber * handful of ice * 1-2 liters of water

Let it chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to really let the flavors come out. Refill as many times as you want. I usually don’t keep the fruits in there for over 24 hrs.

Why does this work?

Cucumbers are especially great for detoxing because they prevent water retention and have anti-inflammatory properties.

Strawberries help fight carcinogens and contains anti-aging properties such as biotin and the antioxidant ellagic acid, which helps prevent sagging skin.

Give it a try! Drink this all day instead of regular water and you’ll see how easy and yummy it is to stay hydrated!
