If your boss respects you as a competent, aggressive, and ambitious manager or employee, you certainly hold an advantage for promotion over your peers who have not earned such recognition. Up to a point at least, that might be all that is necessary to merit a promotion. However, if your boss knows you well enough to also like you as a person, you can be on the fast track.

Conversely, if the boss plainly dislikes you, regardless of your competence, your best option almost certainly is to resign. Find a different boss with whom you are more compatible.

"Profit" is not a dirty word, of course. No company can survive without it. And during recessions, every company tries to find ways to cut costs while still remaining a viable entity. It is not just a media problem.

As Jiangfeng said, there're so more needs but less success, why? The reasons could be: 1. Not minimum viable product. 2. Not proper market trategy. 3. Not good enough team. 4. Not sufficient MONEY!
