The Amazon River Dolphin is a sight to see due to its unique pink coloring. They populate many countries’ freshwater rivers as they thrive in the Amazonian environment. However, due to recent changes in their habitat, they are also experiencing endangerment. The recent alterations to the Amazon rivers, which includes the construction of dams and overfishing, take away the resources that are necessary for their survival. Therefore throughout the years, they have suffered the consequences of these actions and have become critically endangered.

The Golden Poison Dart Frog, whose habitat is located in Colombia, may appear to be a fun animal due to its small size and bright yellow coloring. In reality, this frog has the capacity to kill 10 adults with its poison. However, despite its theoretically effective defense methods, this animal has also fallen victim to endangerment.  Alike many other species in this project, the Golden Poison Dart Frog has suffered habitat loss and climate change.
