Public service announcement: If you are thinking of canning summer produce DO NOT use any AI generated canning recipes for waterbath or pressure canning. Not anything from an AI summary of a recipe even.

DO NOT DO IT! It is not safe, you risk botulism!

Generally speaking, you probably shouldn't use canning recipes from blogs either. Your safest bet is to use recipes from the US National Center for Home Food Preservation, next in safety would be recipes from companies like Ball, Sure-Jell or Pomona's Pectin (for low sugar canning).

If you are going to use a recipe from a blog make sure that A) you know the basics of water bath canning and B) it's a recipe from an honest-to-god human blogger and not AI slop.
