I actually started on TikTok before making my Tumblr account 😭😭 I was like 14 at the time and I was a heavy TikTok user... I'm not as much anymore but I really wanted to make TWST content on TikTok because I saw everyone do it.

Then the hardest thing was making the account name 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I had no idea what the name was gonna be and what I wanted to be called as but I just cooked up a username: "Quartzfao"

What is the "fao" part i do not know but I changed it to "TWSTQuartz" because that is the content I am making but then on tumblr I made it into "quartztwst"

I actually really wanted to change my name from "Quartz" because it was kind of too ordinary and a lot of people already had the name "Quartz" and Steven Universe has "Rose Quartz" but it just kinda stuck now and I don't think I could change it since a lot of people know me as it

When I was in middle school, I wanted to give myself a name for my persona, and since I generally tend to think of simple things, I thought "hmmm... what do I like in life... food." So, since I loved "rice pudding" (Riz au lait in french).

I wrote the name on a piece of paper, crossed out a letter, and tadaaa, it turned into "Rizaulat" heh big brain🧠🧠✌️ As for the "doodles" in my username (Rizdoodles) , it's inspired by the creator of "Mid Fight Masses" (a Friday Night Funkin' mod) that I was obsessed with because I loved the atmosphere and the characters (yes, I'm a fan of FNF<<<<MFM).

Anyway, I managed to find them on Instagram and Twitter, and their name was Dokkidoodlez, so I got inspired by them to create my username. (But now, this artist has deleted their account and draws under a new name, which I won’t share to respect their choice (even though the fact that they deleted their account made me really sad because I loved their art and followed them actively😭😭😭). Rizaulat+Doodles=Rizdoodles 🎉

I’ve had a few user names in my life but my current one kinda has a sad meaning ;-;

I’m aromantic asexual. But unfortunately also a hopeless romantic. I’ve always adored love stories and songs. Romance has always sounded like such a wonderful thing to experience.

But i haven’t really gotten the chance.

My user name stems from some writing I did related to my struggle with accepting my identity.

“I’m a hopeless romantic, oh so hopeless indeed.”

A heart that yearns for love but may never experience it for themselves.

Sorry it’s not a very fun meaning but it’s important to me. And yes I’m okay, I’ll come to terms with it one day. :3

Well that's so sudden but thanks for tagging me @oh-hopeless-heart 🌹🌹🌹

It all happened when I started to play social media like tiktok when I'm in middle school or smt, I wanted to draw fanfic of Identity V, so I use the name Lucy because I heard this name from one aerobics video in about idk 15yrs ago or something

Yes, I use a name from a aerobic video for elementary kids

Then I started wanting to be different, basically what every teenager wants to do, so I changed the y into the e

And somehow the e become three es

So the evolution is like:

Lucy => Luce => Luceee

Which is pretty pathetic, but I used this user name for the whole highschool to college

The reasons were terrible I know, but it pretty much become my second name, my friends would sometimes call me Luce or Lucy sometimes for the silly

And about this tumblr blog username, I wanted to do Luceee but it was already used

How dare they :0

So it now become like Lucehe

it’s funny cuz i feel like rice pudding rlly matches u riz??? and i rlly like the name lucehe ever since i saw it n i didnt even realize it ends with ‘ehe’ (i love using ehe 😩)

now honestly i dont even know how to describe my thought process when i was coming up with both my handle (@liyuviq) and my name (yudi).

i spent a rlly long time brainstorming in a note (it is literally titled “social media identity crisis”) 😭😭 there were certain vibes i wanted to have: simple but catchy, cute and unique but still prim, roundish. i also got random usernames for my inspo like: evermine, rinqwpan, eeveshiko, deoochi.

in the end i debated between yue, nuri, kumi, and yudi and ended with yudi. i also had usernames ideas for each name like nu.nuri and nurae for nuri!

after the name i had to come up with a username. i didnt want ‘yudi’ in the username but smth similar: yuviq! i then added li in front to make it longer and liyuviq has been created!

final result: yudi @liyuviq

I was a HUGE TPN fan when I created this account.. my favorite character was Yvette back then, and I was gonna use her name as my user (yvetteclover..woah) BUT. Yk I was kinda picky and also wanted smth that reminded people of strawberries, and so Sherry reminded me of strawberries..!! (Sherry is supposed to be a type of wine btw. I did NOT know that back then)

As for Clover.. clovers were my favorite plants at the time, AND I was on a 56 day bread eating streak. It was either bread or clover, and Ykw clover was a cuter combo with sherry! (It’s also a reference to clover cookie from CRK..!!)

my name litteraly just comes from a doodle thing i do a lot when i draw. in a lot of my drawings and such i like to add small details like spirals, stars, circles and stuff. Pointy spiral literally just comes from the pointy spiral shapes i draw all the time fdhsjkfdshjkfshjksdf

i find it kind of funny now because i first name that name when my art style was WAY harsher, in terms of color, shapes and just style. My style now is a lot softer in comparison fhdjfdshjkfdsjk

Thanks for the tag, @pointy-spiral and @nataliabat! Actually I'm not really creative when it comes to nicknames. I go by sihtod or Olin, the latter's an unofficial short form of my real name. About 5 years ago I decided to make a more unique nickname. I wanted it to be short and simple. You know these must have hyperfixations every child (it's an international phenomenon) goes through: outer space, dinosaurs, Mesopotamia, Ancient Greece, Ancient Egypt etc. Well, sometimes I get excited over them again... I knew I was Sekhmet on the Egyptian horoscope, and thought it'd be my new nickname. But that nickname was already taken. I tried to modify it. That attempt, combined with my strong motivation back then to achieve some great stuff (I didn't) resulted into sihtod (read backwards).

Actually, my nickname hasn't changed since 2017, so I don't remember exactly when or why it appeared. I remember exactly that that was the name of one of my first OC (Lucius).

At first he was Lucian, then he somehow transformed into what he is now. Recently, in the fall of 2024, I converted my nickname to "lluciss" for the first time.

Why? It's hard to say, I thought it sounded interesting, so I left it like this. .D
