p7 feels so incredibly undeserved after that masterclass of a first stint. lando drove like a world champion, it's just a shame his team is what held him back. mclaren owes him a massive apology.

I understand everyone is crashing out and we could have had a better result but let's remember that before the race Lando said P8 was the target and P6 would be a great outcome. He has driven the wheels off this car and outdriven both team missteps and his teammate on a great recovery drive in the dry. Let's not reframe this as a bad day for Lando.
