My most favorite person in the world finally arrived. She's perfect. The love I have for her is indescribable. She brings me happiness and keeps me going and fighting all this unexpected horrible post patrum nonsense.

Picture on my last day FT day from Albany Med's roof (6 floors up) and the metaphorical roof of my career and moving up to higher roofs. Movin on up literally to the 19th floor of the Corning tower (the tallest building in this pic). It's symbolic that my future success and career are insight!
