life recently has been hard and while i know it won't be this way forever i want to just take stock in what i have.

i am so grateful for love. for friendship for my little chosen family i built all on my own, for the family i reconnect bit by bit.

yesterday i bought my first real not second hand pot for cooking because my loved one helped me ,

today i was able to get myself some warm outwear, also because of a loved one.

and even though i know that the support financially is okay to have been given i feel ;

guilty. and shameful and like i am doing something wrong for giving myself a type of care outside of my norm, i can't help but worry that its not care but impulse. beyond impulse i fear its mania.

even if it is. isn't it always impulsive to give care? isn't love and self support impulsive in nature? i don't know the answer yet. but when i do i will hold it close and tell you.
