Evolution
“We are all parts of Him ‘Prisoned in earth; Flung over heaven’s brim Into black birth; Forgetting the sparks will rise: Burning through clod, Up, into paradise, Gods greeting God.”

Life and Magic, part I
“Man is arrogant in proportion to his ignorance. Man’s natural tendency is to egotism. Man, in his infancy of knowledge, thinks that all creation was formed for him. For several ages he saw in the countless worlds that sparkle through space like the bubbles of a shoreless ocean only the petty candles, the household torches, that Providence had been pleased to light for no other purpose but to make the night more agreeable to man. Astronomy has corrected this delusion of human vanity; and man now reluctantly confesses that the stars are worlds larger and more glorious than his own,—that the earth on which he crawls is a scarce visible speck on the vast chart of creation. But in the small as in the vast, God is equally profuse of life. The traveller looks upon the tree, and fancies its boughs were formed for his shelter in the summer sun, or his fuel in the winter frosts. But in each leaf of these boughs the Creator has made a world; it swarms with innumerable races. Each drop of the water in yon moat is an orb more populous than a kingdom is of men. Everywhere, then, in this immense design, science brings new life to light. Life is the one pervading principle, and even the thing that seems to die and putrefy but engenders new life, and changes to fresh forms of matter.”

“I, the fiery life of divine essence, am aflame beyond the beauty of the meadows. I gleam in the waters. I burn in the sun, moon, and stars. With every breeze, as with invisible life that contains everything, I awaken everything to life. I am the breeze that nurtures all things green. I encourage blossoms to flourish with ripening fruits. I am the rain coming from the dew that causes the grasses to laugh with the joy of life.”
— Hildegard von Bingen

“Full many a glorious morning have I seen Flatter the mountain-tops with sovereign eye, Kissing with golden face the meadows green, Gilding pale streams with heavenly alchemy.”

Transformations can feel exhausting— but that is because you are draining out old energies which no longer serve you, to make room for the new.

««Not everyone is going to understand you. Accept this. It can be a lonely world sometimes, but lonely should not always be viewed as a negative thing. All of the answers you seek in the outside world are coincidentally, within.»»
Some people could be given an entire field of roses and only see the thorns in it. Others could be given a single weed and only see the wildflower in it. Perception is a key component to gratitude, and gratitude is a key component to joy.

5 Ways to NOT BE USED!
1. Believe in patterns, NOT apologies.
2. Do not fall in love with potential.
3. Believe all red flags!
4. Know your WORTH!
5. Do not lower your standards.
How To Start Loving Yourself:
Get curious about what makes you feel good. Not good-numb, like booze or TV. Good-connected. Good-loving. You will have to pay attention in a different way to figure this out. A lot of these things may not be obvious, so get cool with the idea that finding them will require exploration. Write them down. And then relentlessly prioritize the shit out of them. This will require letting go of some long-held ideas about what is most important to you. You will get frustrated. This is normal. Keep going.

The body does not know the difference between an experience and a thought; you can literally change your biology, neuro-circuitry, chemistry, hormones, and genes, simply by having an inner event.
