Everyone ready for their favorite characters' development and sacrifices to mean absolutely nothing yet again?
In advanced mourning because of what theyβll possibly do to his character in doomsday.
Getting more into comics has made me dislike the mcu more but also be more invested at the same time, itβs weird.
That being said, when itβs good, itβs really good and I really like how they handled Cap. Not representing America but what America should be.

Thinking about Steve being so afraid that the serum would change his love for Bucky.
The moment Erksine tells Steve that the serum will cure him of all his ailments, his heart stalls and his stomach sinks. He tries desperately to not give himself away when he meets the doctorβs eyes.
βAll of them?β He asks. If his voice comes out small and trembling, he can pass it off as being in total awe of the concept of being healthy. And he is. Butβ¦
Erskine doesnβt seem to notice anything amiss as he smiles kindly and places a warm hand on Steveβs shoulder. βAll of them.β
Steve lays awake that night, praying to a god he hadnβt spoken to since he lost his mother. Please, he begs. Donβt take this from me. Let me keep this one thing. It isnβt long, though, before his thoughts devolve into apology after apology to Bucky. Despite how much he loathed the thought of it, if he must lose his love for Bucky in order to be there for himβto protect himβ, then so be it. Itβs horrible, and painful, and bitterly unfair, but Steve Rogers will sacrifice anything to save Bucky Barnes.
The moment he steps out of the machine that transforms him, Steve notices most of the changes immediately. Heβs big and tall. The world is bright and his heart feels strong. He can actually breathe. When he chases after the man that murdered Erksine, his thoughts and legs move fastβfaster than Steve ever thought possible.
Itβs only at night when Steve finally realizes.
He still loves Bucky.
He still wants to hold him in his arms, run his fingers through his hair, and kiss him breathless. He still loves him. He still loves him. Amidst his relief, Steve feels confusion. Erskine said the serum would cure him of all his illnesses. And it has, all except for this one thing. Itβs then when one thought hits him with all the weight of the world;
Theyβre not sick. They were never sick.
Their love was never wrong.

strange extraction point...
This piece took alot longer than i wanted it to, i wanted it to be perfect and meaningful. I had struggled alot trying to find an idea i felt suited technoblade, and then even more to actually execute it, i have spent most of this month coming back to this piece over and over, iβve scrapped many ideas and have had to sit down and take a break many times. In the end i settled for something that suited his character more than him, there arent really words i can put on this piece, but im not sure i need to. The feeling is what really matters isnt it?
Technoblade meant so much to me, and to so many others, not a day goes by where we donβt miss him. It has been 4 years since he passed, and in those years he has still managed to make an impact on people, through his memory he lives on.
Because Technoblade never dies.
