If colony stands are based on the users mental stability what does that say about my 5 year old and his 500 tiny screaming exploding cat stands??
No one ever said they were based upon ones mental stability, just your fighting spirit. I would give the educated guess that your son is just extremely excitable and will probably grow to be quite the scatter brain, but don’t forget that children do have a high possibility of growth so don’t take it at face value.

The doctor looks over at the paper and hums softly, “You’re very critical of yourself, I see you as a four or five in comparison to your previous attitude. Either way we’ll use this as a progress check each session. I’ve heard you’ve been practicing hamon with a friend correct?”
“So you know of my name.” Dr. Wolf’s face further relaxes, her lips curling so they barely register as a smirk. Despite this her hands tense onto her lap, and her shoulders raise ever so slightly. Her voice continues at the same pitch, factful and true.
“I’m only faintly surprised, considering your status. But yes, you’re slightly correct. I might have personally bent the definition to suit a wider range. Your extended family has had their fair share of adventures and I thought it might be beneficial for you."
She breathes out and looks over the clipboard on the couch next to her, “I’ve read over your files a few dozen times, however the most information I have on you is from the years between 2000 and 2001, this is when ‘we’ began to ‘watch’ over you. After your defeat of the last mafia boss, and step into power our records are very slim. Your lackeys are surprisingly good at keeping you and your movements secret. We also have some information that we’ve gleaned from Dio Brando’s successor, but even he didn’t have much on you after 2001 had happened.”

The doctor gets up and walks towards one of the drawers near the side of the room. The office itself is really bland, there’s still moving boxes hidden away in a few corners. A single poster reading the ‘proper breathing technique’ on one of the walls as a sorry excuse for decoration. She returns to her seat with a few worksheets and a box of felt tips.
“I’d like you to rate your self control on this scale, a 10 as normal human standard and 1 as needing clinical help. You can use these colors if it makes you more comfortable or if it’s more enjoyable.”
The purple haired boi pokes his head through the doorway, peeking in semi-calmly with a tense look for a moment, staring towars the therapist as if waiting to be acknowledged or debating if he should go in or not. ((Hi!! - Ask-Vinegar-Doppio))
“Good morning, are you here for an appointment? Come on in and make yourself comfortable, you can sit anywhere, even the floors not off limits.”

Yukako nodded, and situated herself on the couch. Understandably, she was rather nervous, as she had never been anywhere like this before. Since this woman was verified with the SWF, there wouldn’t be any reason to hide anything now.

“Yes that is my Alias while on the job. Actually, it happens to be my alias off the job too but only to safeguard against enemy stands. I do of course have one myself, but again that’s classified information for safety reasons. I’d love to see your Achtung baby, either way. It’s a very… Amusing name isn’t it? I believe word around the office was that it was Mr. Joestar who chose it for you?”
Shizuka chuckled and nodded. “Well he wanted something that fit. Being an invisible baby… Well dad has a sense of humor. I like it though. Here, let me bring it out.” The star faced stand came out her body in all it’s colorful glory. It leaned on the side of Shizuka’s chair so Kate could get a good look of it. “It can travel five meters from me. It can do a punch rush, but it’s kicks are better. And both it and myself can make things invisible or make illusions one meter from our bodies.”
Kate hums warmly, a thin smile still on her face, “You’re very proud of it, I can already tell. It’s a perfect rendition of your fighting spirit. You’ll go on to do a lot of good Shizuka, I see a brightness in your soul that I know very well...”
“Now that we know each other a little better, would you like to talk about anything that bothers you? It can be as small as a minor complaint about the weather or as big as a deep fear you have. Of course if you don’t want to you still don’t have to, we can reschedule it for a later date.”
There is a light knock at the door, and when it is answered stands Giorno Giovanna with a paper in his hand. "Excuse me if I am at the wrong door signora, but I was recently... 'suggested' by your superiors to come for one of your appointments. I do not have time for a full one, I am afraid, but it made them happy if I obliged to even show up at all.
