All that the people living in Gaza think about is whether they will die of hunger or die from bombing. Today Sami my friend @sami--onley told me that he can never live in these conditions. Hunger has become worse than the days that have passed. He and his children live on drinking water and some salt. His children do nothing but cry in front of him, but he can do nothing. He just looks at his children and cries from his heart. This is the real life that one family lives among many families. I ask you to help Sami to buy his children even one kilo of flour. The price of flour is $1000 per bag. You can donate from here to ease the pain of this hungry family.
I don't know how to explain what my family and I are going through.
Each day feels heavier than the one before.
We live in constant fear — not knowing when our turn will come, not knowing if we'll sleep tonight or vanish without warning.
My father is bedridden, with no access to medicine or care.
My mother is exhausted, and I carry the weight of it all in silence.
We no longer dream — we just try to make it through the day.
Most days, we barely manage a half-meal.
The help we get is small, but it’s what keeps us going.
Even the smallest donation has meant food, or a moment of relief, or a reason to keep going.
I never wanted to write something like this.
But I’ve reached a point where there’s simply nowhere else to turn.
I’m asking for your help because survival is now a daily battle.
If you're reading this, please don't scroll past.
We're not asking for comfort or luxury…
We're asking for a chance to live.
💔 Any amount, no matter how small, could mean the difference between hunger and a full stomach.
🙏 Don’t just read or share — if you can, please help.

As the man-made famine in the Gaza Strip worsens and access to food becomes increasingly difficult, we've decided to extend our support beyond agricultural inputs. We are currently working to connect grassroots initiatives with local farmers-allowing crops to be purchased well below the soaring market rates and directly distributed to those unable to buy or access them.
Read more about and donate to revive Gaza's farmlands, a project by APN that aims to rehabilitate the agricultural sector and restore local food systems to combat famine.
Little Joan has severe gastritis caused by IOF-induced malnutrition and stress. Her next treatment sessions are Thursday, 17 July and Monday, 21 July. Both are vital for her preventing her condition from worsening.
We are dividing the lump sum into 2 equal amounts and raising the funds in parts. If her single mother Maha cannot pay the full cost, Joan cannot receive her treatment, and her condition will deteriorate rapidly.
We need to raise the money by 10 am Gaza time, which is 4 am US Eastern time! Please reblog this post, boost posts from @mahafamily1, and donate what you can!!

Joan was able to receive her first treatment, but her mother now owes the hospital $200 usd. In addition to that, Joan’s second round of treatment is on Monday, 21 July. This round of treatment will cost $1,000 usd. Right now we are focusing on raising the funds for the treatment. Without this treatment, Joan’s condition will not improve!

Today was unlike any other.
We received a few donations and with them, we had our first real meal in over a month. For the first time in so long, we didn’t go to sleep hungry. We cried, not from pain this time, but from overwhelming joy and gratitude.
To everyone who donated, shared, or simply kept us in their thoughts thank you. You didn’t just feed us. You reminded us that we’re not alone. You gave us back a piece of our dignity and hope.
But the struggle isn’t over. We’re still in need of food, support, and a little more light in these hard times.
Please, if you can, continue to help. Every share, every dollar, every act of kindness makes a real difference.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you. And please, stay with us on this journey.

Hello, my name is Saja. I’m a mother to a beautiful 8-month-old baby girl, writing this from a place I never imagined I’d be — surrounded by destruction, holding on to my daughter while the world around us falls apart. 💔
We used to have a home. 🏚 A simple place, but it was filled with love. Now it’s gone. What remains are memories, silence, and an overwhelming fear of what tomorrow may bring.
Each day, I wake up not knowing if we will make it through the next. My daughter should be learning to walk, to smile at strangers, to feel safe in her world — but instead, she’s learning to live in the middle of a war zone. 🕊️
I’m not writing this to ask for pity. I’m sharing our truth because silence won’t protect us. Maybe, through this message, someone will hear us — and care. 🤍
If you feel moved to share our story or offer support, it would mean more than words can say.
Every kind act ripples outward. ✨
But the truth is far more painful than any of these. Sami and his family are living outside this entire cycle. For over two years, they've been under constant bombing, displacement, and death. And the most heartbreaking part? His 7-year-old daughter, Leen, was seriously injured just days ago. Her back is wounded, there's no medicine, no food, and no relief from the pain. Do you think Leen deserves this? Shouldn't she have a chance to heal, to smile again?
Don't leave them alone. Donate now. Your support could open a door to hope.
have you ever gone more than one day without eating?

I have been lucky till now, to not know what it is like to go hungry. But I cannot say that it is the same for everyone. For more than four weeks now, the borders have been closed and no aid has been allowed to enter Gaza. As such, bakeries have closed down, and the flour available in the market is sparse and expensive. I know all this is probably old news, but for Gazans this is a reality they face everyday. Everyday is a struggle to survive, a struggle to stretch the remaining rations one more day, cause there is just not enough funds to buy food.
My friend Siraj Abudayeh is tired. He is tired of coming online and requesting for donations and then getting his blogs deleted for it. He is tired of this genocide, of seeing his kids and family struggle to survive. So, I request you to help however you can, either by donating or by boosting- Siraj is currently supporting TWENTY FOUR family members, TEN of whom are children. The kids have already started to show the signs of malnourishment more visibly and it is a terrible thing to witness...so please help however you can.

Also an important note, is please follow Siraj at @siraj0 . His old blog has been deleted and it would help loads if he can once again build up a following on this new one- it is easier that way to share posts.
Genuinely would appreciate a boost. Siraj cannot come online much because his net connection is terrible. He can only afford to come online for a few minutes nowadays. Please boost for him. If I have tagged you more than once, I apologize. It was not my intention to spam.
it's very surreal to see posts about palestine dwindling down after the ceasefire. israel is still blocking aid to and trying to make life difficult for palestinians in gaza. we still have to continue to speak up about gaza.
in this ceasefire, many palestinians are trying to rebuild in attempts to try and return to what they had before the genocide. despite the heavy and unbearable loss of life that gaza has experienced, her people continue to try to make a better world for their children.
alaa is a mother of two young children. she wants to rebuild her house and get a better future for her children. please have heart and consider helping her out. her fundraiser has been verified.
Remember that even with the ceasefire, as violated as it is, that that does not mean that anything is safe in Gaza. The cold is still leading to children's deaths and in getting frostbite.
Here are 2 young children who have no home that you can donate too, or at least pray for if nothing else.
if you're feeling powerless right now—and god knows I am—here's a reminder you can donate to the National Network of Abortion Funds, the Trans Law Center, Gaza Soup Kitchen, the Palestine Children's Relief Fund, and hundreds of other charities that will work to mitigate the damage that has been and will continue to be inflicted
life continues. we still have the capacity to do good, important work. that matters

I was transferred to the hospital today due to the deterioration of my health condition. I fainted a short while ago, and throughout the day I have been feeling dizzy and very nauseous.
A short while ago I was discharged from the hospital.
When I was transferred to the hospital, it turned out after the examination that my blood percentage was very low (my blood percentage was 6), and this percentage is very low, as the blood percentage of a normal person is from 11 to 12, and it turned out that my blood percentage was low due to the bleeding I was exposed to due to my injury to my foot!!!😭
What is worse is that I have not been able to collect the costs of my foot surgery until this moment, and my health condition is getting worse every moment, and I cannot move now!!!
I also could not collect the costs of my surgery to remove the iron fragments stuck in my body, and I do not know when I will be able to remove them, and I suffer from severe pain all the time in the areas of my injury, so I hope that you will help me by donating so that I can undergo my surgery and buy my treatments!!!😭
Help me to be able to perform my surgeries. Please help me by donating so that I can get rid of the pain that I suffer from all the time. Please donate to me and help me.
