My favorite mountain stays of 2015.  Thank you dearly Lisa and Chris for the Tipi fun while celebrating Wayside Cider in Bovina, NY.  Big Thanks to Sara and Sohail for the lovely night at Brushland Eating House also in Bovina, NY.  Spruceton Inn, you all are dear to my heart and I thank you for the weekend we all spent together, while I documented the life of Casey, Steven and Waldo in West Kill, NY.  Delightful Emma Tuccillo , Creative Director for And North, I am grateful to call you a friend. Balance your Doughnuts

Drill Fitness hired me to shoot a new lifestyle campaign for their awesome gym in Tribeca. I fell in love with this place. Gorgeous windows in the main studio, a killer cycling room with a fantastic city backdrop, and the people working there are a delightful bunch. After taking a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class, treat yo’ self to a smoothie. Peanut butter was damn tasty.

Make a Mocha Doughnut

Montclair Bread Company and Stumptown Coffee have quite an awesome collaboration going on. I was honored to take pics of Rachel Crampsey creating her delicious, Stumptown “Mocha” Doughnut.  Rachel loves to share tasty treats and her knowledge behind them.  Check out her recipe and let us know how it works for you.

And North, a beautiful escape, from wherever you are, desk, train, bus stop in the rain...

Have y'all check out what And North is up to?  They will help you plan your escape from the city (even if you never leave the city).  What an awesome group of ladies and gents.  I started photographing for them this past summer and absolutely love it.  These pics are a few of my favorite moments I captured in 2014.  Please go to their blog for the full stories.  

On my first shoot for And North, I had the pleasure of photographing Camella, Marlon and their adorable kiddos at their gorgeous catskill's bed and breakfast, Breathe-Inn. 

Next, I celebrated the end of summer with the And North team at the lovely Spruceton Inn.  Casey and Steven are a delightful couple and they know how to throw a party with And North.

I have had a place in my heart for Phoenicia, since the day my husband and I first went there and later decided to get married in the area.  The Phoenicia Diner was an honor to photograph for And North. And the vibrant colors of the fall made for a dreamy Sunday morning brunch.

Back in Brooklyn, And North wanted to feature James Restaurant to showcase how they support local farms and have delicious food.  Deborah and Bryan have made this restaurant a charming, welcoming night out, with a seasonal menu to rock your tastebuds.  

Northeast Kingdom's Lamb Bolognese became one of And North's festive holiday dishes along with James' apple pie.  

I finished out the year, having a blast, with James's Daughter Flowers and And North shooting an epic wreath-making party at Isa Restaurant in Brooklyn.  These gatherings attract the most sweet, warm, passionate people.  

And North I'm happy to be a part of y'all's mission and excited for our adventures in 2015.

MBC bringing the doughnuts

When we moved away from Brooklyn to Montclair, it was important to be able to walk to cafes and parks.  Lucky for us, we now live two blocks away from a doughnut bread shop, Montclair Bread Company.  Rachel Crampsey uses high quality ingredients and mouth watering combinations.  Like Nutella filled, Maple Bacon and Stumptown Coffee Old-Fashion (this one is my fav, but I’m a bit of a coffee addict.) Rachel and I began documenting her doughnuts just over a year ago.  She was an easy choice for my first blog post about local shops.  Enjoy these scrumptious pics I captured and I’ll be sharing more, maybe some recipes too. Yeah, I’m making myself drool right now.
