Nick cooked up an awesome lamb Rogan Josh for What if Wednesday -- perfectly spicy with a beautiful raita on the side. Accompanied by a bit of naan and a few poppadoms from down the road, it was the perfect dish to share with the team. All that was missing was a few cold ones 🍻🍻 Cheers Nick!
