I hated it when in the book version of Deathly Hallows Ginny rudely told Harry that he should have Luna take him to the Ravenclaw Common room instead of Cho after she kindly volunteered because they are in the middle of a war, being jealous of an ex girlfriend. I kind wanted Harry to either still take Cho and fall for her again or take Luna and start to fall for her just to get at Ginny for acting so petty.

My confession and people don’t get the point, I have no problem with her getting jealous even though I think jealousy is very petty. It is when she showed it, right before a battle that would determine the fate of their whole way of life. There are more important things to deal with at the time and worrying about your boyfriend being around his ex in order to find an item that would help defeat a very evil man should be very low on this list. You can be a fan of Ginny and not defend every single little action she does.
