What a lovely morning!! I got up, made some tea with this fancy vanilla chai tea I lifted, then I took a shower and washed my face with lifted cleanser, then I went into my bedroom to change into some good quality, lifted clothes and I lit my lifted candle and scrolled through liftblr.

I cannot express what lifting has done for me and my life. I feel like I'm a real person with real and nice things.

I’ll start: I love to lift with a reusable shopping bag. you’ll have lots of room in your bag for all of the stuff you want to lift, and using a reusable bag is a bit less suspicious than using a big purse. you’ll just look like an average eco-conscious shopper!!

If you wear a jacket you can conceal stuff by wedging it under your arm inside the jacket, I use that a lot for stuff like socks and smaller clothing. You just have to remember to not lift your arm too much but some lighter things stay on their own somewhat
