it’s so embarrassing but basically i had this reasonably successful justin bieber blog (nice, nice) and back in like 2011 i decided to post one of luke’s youtube covers on it to help a brutha out because he only had like 10 subscribers at the time (i didn’t think it would do anything but whatever) but yeah that post ended up getting like thousands of notes overnight and he gained a whole heap of subscribers and ended up getting a fair bit of attention and michael and calum got wind of that so they started 5sos and they’ve been making it on their own & absolutely killing it ever since!!
