Hello lonely house team! I wanted to ask, does rental have any jumpscares, or just spooky atmosphere?

oh sorry we didn't see this before!

if it still helps, there's no jumpscares per se. there's something that can appear now and then and some people are a bit spooked but it's nothing close to a screamer or anything like that.

rental has been a very lovely play :) it's even encouraged me and some friends to finally take part in a game jam, that's how cool the game is!

aw thank you so much (˶˃ᆺ˂˶) very happy to have inspired you and your friends. it's a very silly game and we had a lot of fun making it, but we're still always surprised with its positive reception for how small it is.
