Unused animations for Lord Crump found in the files of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Among them is an animation of him performing the X-Naut salute (top left), which he curiously never does in the game despite most X-Naut characters doing it.

There is also an animation of one of the horns of his hat drooping and him straightening it (top right); while the drooping horn is present when he is disguised as “Four-Eyes” in Chapter 5, this suggests that it was intended to be a recurring part of his character design.
