The platonic ideal of a cuddle partner. He's never too cold or too warm, he doesn't move around too much, he prefers to be the big spoon, and he doesn't snore. He is aware and proud of all of this. He thinks he can banish nightmares and so far nothing has proven him wrong. He will fall asleep within about ten minutes if you're quiet. General Jare is the only person to have ever had a problem with morning wood with him—with anyone else it simply wouldn't happen (a point of professionalism. to him.)
Oh Knowy. He's so sweets and cutes. He will to curl up under your arm and talk to you the whole time. He's clingy and he fidgets, but he's happy to let you just lay there while he wiggles around like a cat. He wants to watch holonet videos with you on his commlink (this is like tiktok to him). All of this would be obnoxious coming from anyone else, but he's so cute he can get away with it. It's hard to get him to fall asleep, but if you fall asleep he'll settle down and won't wake you. He will fight to keep you in bed and he WILL make you late in the morning.
He's an extraordinarily comfortable cuddler and he takes it very seriously, but he's uncompromising on his environment. Lights off, silence or white noise, fan on low, heavy blanket. He has no strong position preferences and he's happy to sit upright, embrace, or spoon. He won't ask for it, but he loves to be petted. He won't let himself fall asleep until you do. If you like scifi lizard-dogs, Jury & Zec can join you. They snore in a cute way. If you don't want the dogs around, he also has access to a bunch of kink gear. So if that's your thing, he can accommodate you.
He has a bad habit of rolling over and trapping you under his arm while he sleeps, and he snores, but he gives hugs so good you won't care about any of that. He'll show up with a book loaded onto a datapad, and he'll expect you to lay on his chest sitting between his legs so you can read along with him. He will discuss the material. You will hear his opinions. But if you get comfortable and fall asleep he won't be upset at all. If you like falling asleep with the TV on or with a podcast, you will love the Theory Cuddle Experience.
He's always the little spoon, no exceptions. He doesn't like to talk, but he doesn't mind background noise either. It takes him a while to fully relax, but if you want to get to sleep quickly you just gotta massage his shoulders a bit and he'll be out like a light. He won't move around much himself, but he won't mind if you wiggle around a lot to get comfortable. He likes to have his hair petted or his hand held, or any other gentle touch like that. Sometimes his hands get cold, so watch out for that.
Jare is bony and fidgety and kinda cold, but they're flexible and so snuggly. They like to cling to you like a koala. They need some type of noise in the background to fall asleep, but it can be anything from a movie to ambient hyperdrive hum. They prefer blankets or quilts instead of sheets, and lots of pillows. If you fall asleep you might get a shared dream with them, which can be pretty fun if you're an experienced lucid dreamer.
