All the things i got to experience/believe about manifesting and LoA.
(As an overthinker and neurodivergent woman with severe general anxiety)
First and foremost, those are MY experiences. It is hard to say that there are factual things in the aspect of those topics since i believe everything is possible. Everyone can have their own one and only experiences, and this doesn't mean any of them are invalid.
I believe in vibrations and energy. In my opinion everything in the universe has a specifical frequency, like a radio. And to achieve something that we want, we need to set our frequency on its level. Because of this reason we mostly start with self concept.
Like a magnet, positive emotions and thoughts and actions pull positive things because both of them are high in frequency. And negative ones like sadness, anger or envy and DESPERATION pulls bad things or make you "unable" to manifest.
One of the main things the universe hates is desperation. That's why it is so hard to manifest your sp if you're so obsessed and desperate about them. The same thing goes with blockages. If you think that you're unlovable because of your past traumas, it will be much harder (or will take longer to) manifest your dream relationship. This is what creates conscious and unconscious manifestation. Everyone in this world manifested unconsciously before. At least a friend called you or texted you when you were thinking about them, right? But we want to be able to manifest consciously as well.
LISTEN, i am NOT saying that you can't manifest something if you're anxious or sad or angry about it. You can. But it will be harder. At least, it is in my experience. I have a huge blockage on money, i did manifest money beforehand, but it doesn't always work out if you understand? Because i am anxious about it. I am DESPERATE. We always say that we are a God. Why would a God be anxious about anything?
So, you might ask how to solve it. Do shadow work. Be mindful. Meditate. Try to understand your emotions, your inner conflicts. Realize how stupid and unnecessary your anxiety is. Keep yourself grounded. Focus on your self-concept. I think positive affirmations work wonders in such scenes. If you feel ugly, say that you're beautiful every time you feel negative about it. Even if you don't feel it now, try to understand your power and worth. Persist.
There are thousands of different ways to manifest. All of them try to achieve the same precious skill. All of them can work. But i think they can work better for some people than others. I personally hate writing the same thing over and over again repetitively. It feels like such a burden for me and manifesting shouldn't feel this way. I may use commanding and/or robotic affirming because of my anxiety. I also think some ways might work better for some goals. If you want to change your body, you can visualize it. Do you have aphantasia? So what? Draw your dream body (even if it looks shitty), or make a vision board or something else. Use your creative power.
I won't be adding more things to this post since i don't want it to be super boringly long. If you have questions, please ask me. I am not a teacher or someone who found out all the secrets of the universe, and of course, i don't have opinions about everything. But if i have one, i would love to share it with you, and maybe you will resonate with it, or it will help you find your own way.
