women’s healthcare is an absolute hellscape. i mean where else can you be throwing up and passing out from pain only to be made to wait six hours to see a doctor or get any kind of medication. the. to be told that’s normal and you’re overreacting when the er doctor finally gets to you. (only came to talk to you because you were confused about them discharging you with no explanation)

Okay do I have some big feelings about the ending of MHA, specifically Aizawa giving up Eri to Mandalay because I absolutely adore Dadzawa.

However-

I don’t really think him giving Eri up to Mandalay automatically makes him not a dad. In fact I think it makes him even more of a good dad.

Hold with me for a minute-

Parents, if they’re good parents and love their kid, want what’s best for them, no matter what that is. And they’ll do anything they need in order to give them what they need to thrive and grow and be happy.

That’s what Aizawa did when he handed Eri over to Mandalay’s care.

He knew that he wasn’t equipped to care for a child and raise her. He knew Mandalay had more experience with raising kids, and that with her Eri would be better socialized (Kota). He made the decision that was best for Eri, even if that meant he had to give her up. And that makes him a good dad.

So yes, I am sad that he didn’t get to raise Eri himself, however he is still very much Dadzawa and got to see her grow up happy and healthy even if not in his care.

recently started playing lads. saw like one zayne video and downloaded it, so i had no spoilers when i first started

like the intense fish knowledge when you very first see him and think he’s a tourist, combined with the fact that he has what I like to call “baby seal eyes” (big, dark, and shiny. very cute.) immediately had me going- this man has something to do with the ocean

a feel like the new generation of fanfic readers NEED to understand that clicking on a fic (interaction) does nothing. ao3 has no algorithm. your private discord discussions of fic do not reach the authors. if you do not actively engage with writers they will stop posting. this isn’t social media this is community.

my first interaction with Sun and Moon was via an animation of them to the song You Can’t Hide by CK9C on pinterest… that probably explains a lot about how I interpret them interacting…

but also I actually thought that song was about the DCA for the longest freaking time because I had no idea that sister location existed and it just fits Sun and Moon so well
