So I had this cauliflower head and didn't know what to do with it. Didn't have much in the fridge, other than a head of scallions and some crimini mushrooms. Opened my fridge to find beef bouillon and tomato paste. So I got creative and mixed 1 tsp of each, added a tad of water to make it a softer paste, put aside. Heated the pan and cooked the 'shrooms and scallions. Added the paste and stirred. Once water was almost done - about 5 mins, added the cauliflower bits. Cooked for another 7-10 mins, and voila! It was very good! No need to add salt because the bouillon and tomato paste were already salted. Top with a juicy pork chop - and voila! Dinner ready!
