(4/4) I just finished my last reread of all the books and wanted to reach out and say thank you. Thank you for all the time, work, and effort in creating this world. I stopped watching OUAT after the 3rd season or would sporadically catch an episode here and there. I’m glad I did because in my eyes, this is the real story. I truly hope that someday, the last books of TBM are finished and released. That cliffhanger? Diabolical but oh so on par with the wonderment that is Shay and QueenieGenie

Life has gotten just progressively more and more insane over the years, somehow, and I'll admit I've lost track of social media more often than not. But I am glad you enjoy the stories, and thank you for all your kind words, they mean a lot. It's incredible sometimes that the characters and stories in my head have been able to impact people in so many positive ways, but I am very glad that they have.

It’s really stunning. When it came to casting Brant Tucker I knew I needed someone who could act, and narrate, and narrate while acting. The Worlds’ End storyline relies completely on whether or not he can pull off the final description of the procession and make you believe it. I thought of Wil first, asked him, and then spent about 18 months hoping he’d pulled it off as well as I had hoped he would. He did.

If it's anything, it's nepotism from a long dead bulletin board called GEnie. When I turned up there in 1992 (I'd just moved to the US. You couldn't get into GEnie from the UK) I joined the SF Forum. I looked in the comics Forum and saw that there was a Sandman discussion topic thread, started a few years earlier by ROQ LOBSTER (if I remember correctly). That was Wil. So I knew he existed and was a Sandman fan back then. And when I met Roger Avary he sent me a film he'd made called Mr Stitch, that Wil starred in. And after that we had blogs at the same time, and I wrote the original introduction to Wil's book Just a Geek, because he asked. So the Tumblr connection at this point is almost incidental. I like that we use Tumblr in different ways, too.
