The funniest thing about Dorian Pavus is that he’s a very emotionally well rounded person with well placed empathy who knows when to apologize and look at things from a different angle, which makes him the straight man in most situations, despite the Time Travelling Alcoholic Necromancer Genius from Magic Racism Land part of his character.

actually the funniest part of da2 is that fenris is like. the only character with a dedicated musical theme that plays every time you talk to him. this guy comes with his own special soundtrack. he approaches you and the haunting vocalizations begin, carried on a breeze that dramatically flows through his emo haircut like the maker himself decided to pipe in mood music. this happens with no one else. just him. and he's an OPTIONAL companion

New persona 6 status: Hearing loss!

Occurs when a character uses all of their bullets in three consecutive battles OR to any character who is surrounded by characters who have used all of their bullets (including themselves) in a single battle.

Allows for character positioning to be a new mechanic - more than just swapping characters in or out - who stands where?

Effect: If the MC is affected, all other characters go into "Act Freely" mode (MC can't hear them ask what to do). If not the MC, character alone goes into "Act Freely." In all cases, the character has a 50% chance to miss and a 25% chance (calculated independently of chance to miss) to lose their balance and fall down, causing them to miss their next turn. Lasts between 2-5 turns.

Items/healing: Gun customization can allow for suppressors to eliminate hearing loss or for long barrels to introduce a constant low (maybe 3%) chance of causing hearing loss. Certain armor or accessories can prevent hearing loss, and it can be healed by skills like Amrita Shower. This is also impacted by moves like Foul Breath and Stagnant Air.

I think, for balance, there should be a way to inflict hearing loss on an enemy...maybe, if positioning is a feature, if the character in front, nearest the enemy, uses a gun move or skill, there is a similar constant 3-5% chance of the enemy being impacted by hearing loss. And maybe there could be a move that quiets the enemies' side of the battlefield, greatly increasing the chance of causing hearing loss. Depending on the balance, this could possibly be a status effect few bosses are immune to (since it presents a decent penalty to the player).
