PM: I’ll  come see you at some point soon. It’s been a journey. One of my main concerns is that sometimes after a scene, I’ll need to use my chair for the next couple of days. 

PM: Okay, so it sounds like that’s something to keep an eye on, but also something we’ll want to talk to Physical Therapy about. If this is something that is ongoing, which it seems to be since you already have a wheelchair, it’ll be more about maintenance.

Sebastian: It's really no problem, Lorelai. You deserve it, so I'd be happy to do it. I have been doing amazingly, yes. I've realized a lot about myself recently. I'm sure you aced them! You're really good at what you do, and I know all of us here are rooting for you. I'll make you a celebratory box of macarons in advance. I have full faith. I've been down a few times now, yes. I don't plan on getting anything though. You?

Lorelai: You are a good man Sebastian, I'm so happy things are getting that much better for you. I know being here isn't always ideal but it does help. And I can tell you're doing what you should to get all you can out of it. That's a very good thing. Thank you, I'll be letting everyone know once I have the results. It's something I've wanted to do for a while so I'm just proud I've accomplished something. Macarons? Fancy, I haven't had them in some time. I'll be looking forward to that. You don't? Nothing wrong with that. I've thought maybe I should get a dog or some sort of companion but I don't really know what to get.

Lorelai: Good, we have a plan then. That's sweet of you, you should know you don't have to but I won't stop you either. I appreciate the company especially on longer days. I've been pretty good, and you? Sounds like you've been great. They went well I think, I'm still waiting on results but they're over now so there isn't much more I can do. Have you taken the chance to check out the pet fair yet?

Sebastian: Hey, Lorelai. I was wondering what I needed to do to be taken off the pill? I've found a Dom and even a Switch I'm comfortable submitting to, so it's no longer needed.

Lorelai: Hey there Sebastian! Good to hear from you, I was just getting ready to send you out a message! So good timing too! That's great news, we love to hear that! So, what we'll want to do is work on weaning you down. So, starting now and for the next week you'll only come every other day, then we will move to twice a week for a week, then only one and after that you'll be off completely! Sound good?

PM: Sorry for the DM, Miss, I thought it was just cuz of the whole new place and new people thing but, uhm, my anxiety seems a lot worse and I haven’t been sleeping which makes everything worse than that. Uhm… should I give it more time or like is there a med change or something we should do or should I talk to someone else like my home base person? It’s just a little hard to keep things straight with what I’m supposed to do.

PM: That is perfectly fine Simon, you can DM or text me any time. I’m happy you’re sharing this with someone. There are a few different routes we could try to take, we will need to work with your Home Base Counselor for all of them. Everything here is a group effort so asking for help at any point can get you pointed where you need to go. Symptoms like these could mean a few different things. Do you feel this is all due to your anxiety or could we be dealing with some withdrawals too? Who is your Home Base Counselor?

Hi Noah! Thanks, I try to make sure and offer any time I go anywhere just in case. I know what it feels like to need something you just can’t get to so I like to ask. I hope you’ll let me know if that changes? I’m good, as is the Hospital Wing. Dr. Bellerose has been so great, things are really starting to settle down. You did yeah! I took my final exams for my Nurse Practitioner’s license last week. I’m just waiting on results now. What about you Noah? How are things in your world?
