Stop animal testing.
Vegan food, yummie! Pizza-ish-dish with olives, rice-’n-beans with mango, sweet potatoe with broccoli.

You have your whole life ahead of you. Be smart. Study hard and be independent…You must rely on yourself. No matter what else people may steal from you, they will never be able to take away your knowledge. The world is changing. You must make your own life outside this home.

Rules of Veganism
Rule 1: Don't eat anything that comes from an animal. Yes, fish, birds, and bees are animals, too.
Rule 2: Don't wear or use anything that came from an animal. This includes leather, down, wool, furs, skins, etc.
Rule 3: Don't support companies or activities that mistreat and exploit animals. That means no going to zoos, aquariums, and circuses; no buying from companies that do animal testing, avoiding brands that aren't certified cruelty free, etc.
Rule 4: Always check the ingredients. Some items contain weird non-vegan ingredients, like gelatin from animal bones, sugar charred with bones, food dyes made with crushed up bugs, cultured dextrose (which is sometimes cultured in milk), or casein/whey proteins.
Rule 5: Be compassionate towards everyone. Yes, this means not exploiting animals and not supporting their slaughter. But that also means things like avoiding killing bugs, buying fair trade products, not supporting companies that use sweat shops or exploit their workers, and being nice to the people around you. We need to lead by example, and treat other humans well, too.
enough said.
Great place for practicing: a long dusty corridor without people or other crap in the way. Visit me at http://lorissalovebomb.se
