I get angrier every time I watch this.

These police are so excited. It’s like they’re so happy they’re finally in a place where they can play with their toys. Trigger happy and ready to kill.

This man was clearly agitated, maybe even dangerous, but he was not brandishing his knife overhead at the police like they claimed he was. Not to mention they came to the scene KNOWING he had a knife and that he was agitated because someone called it in letting them know, so they should have been prepared to apprehend him with their TAZERS. Shooting him to death was not necessary in this situation.

And we’ll have the police supporters coming out saying, “But he had a knife.”

I’m sorry, these police are put through years of defense training and you’re telling me two cops had no other means of subduing this one man with a pocketknife? There were TWO of them and whatever knife he had was barely visible in this vid, nor was he brandishing it at them when they blew six shots into him.

We’re supposed to hold our police to a standard. If you can’t handle a situation like this rationally, you don’t need to be a police officer.

This is a disgusting show of ill-trained, trigger happy police.
