i can see changes! the no carb thing is definitely working! my favorite skirt is to big for me now. my mom wanted cake the other day so i made some, and i had some, but because i haven't had anything sweet other than dried fruit in the past two weeks, i felt really sick eating it, my mom did too. now i know how sweet things make me feel, and then i want it less.
