No. This is because eliminating carbs from your diet automatically excludes foods that are otherwise healthy but are high in carbohydrates. Also, a fat-focused diet may be dangerous to people like diabetics, as it can trigger ketoacidosis.

Learn from my mistake
Yesterday, I took my son to Chili’s for his free lunch reading rewards from our library’s summer reading program. The deal was, if the adult buys a meal, the kid gets a free kids meal. I searched the menu for something that looked low-carb, without much luck. Just as I pulled out my phone to see what I could find online, the waiter came to take our order. I told him that I needed a few more minutes and I tried going to the Chili’s website, but didn’t have any luck.
I ended up hoping that I was choosing wisely. I had a Margherita Flatbread and it tasted wonderful. I didn’t think much more about it until last night, when my brain freaked out on me. I looked it up this afternoon to find out how many carbs I had eaten. The answer? 33. That is almost 2 days worth of carbs in one meal!
My advice: when you’re going to a restaurant, research their menu and know what you’re going to order and how many carbs you’re getting before you get there!

Egg-free Scrambled Eggs
What an oxymoron… Great for people with egg allergy + it’s vegan
Hvilken oxymoron… Perfekt for folk med ægge-allergi + det er vegansk
Some years ago I suddenly stopped stomaching eggs. It kind of happened from one day to another and I have no idea why. But it’s insanely annoying. If I unconsciously eat something, which contains a lot of egg, everything I’ve devoured for the last 24 hours comes…

Sausage baked with sour kraut mixed with spinach pulp and a few slivers of onion.
I started a no-carb diet on Saturday night.
And it's probably the best decision I have ever made. It's not like I'm not eating carbs... I'm just not eating foods that are major carbs like bread and RICE and noodles. I've been eating a lot more veggies and fruits because of it! And also eating less because my diet before was mostly rice... which was horrible. Especially because it was the bleached white rice and that the rice made up about 3/4 of my meal. The thing is, I feel a lot more energized because of it and like I can do more throughout my day. My head doesn't feel so heavy anymore either. So, this is going on for a week. Maybe it'll last longer? We'll see!
