THE   PLOT

FALL.   DERRY,   MAINE.   the   byers   family   had   left   hawkins   and   arrived   in   the   small   country   town   that   was   derry.   the   family   had   left   hawkins   with   the   intention   of      leaving   their   past   behind.   joyce   figured   that   getting   way   was   the   only   option   to   save   her   family   and   to   help   separate   will   from   the   upside   down.   but   it   was   too   late,   the   upside   down   is   _tied_   to   will   and   unfortunately   exists   no   matter   where   they   go,   they   can’t   escape.   little   did   they   know,   it   was   only   the   beginning,   the   beginning   of   what   was   going   to   come   next.   

3   months   after   moving   (   at   the   beginning   of   october,   )   hopper   was   suddenly   called   to   the   town   of   derry   by   joyce   byers   due   to   strange   happenings,   it   wasn’t   hard   to   connect   the   lines.   and   with   the   door   being   open   3   inches,   came   with   mike   and   el   eavesdropping   on   hopper   during   his   phone   call.   of   course,   they   wanted   to   help   but   they   already   knew   the   answer.   the   only   option   they   had   was   to   pretend   they   knew   nothing.   and   with   that   they   called   amongst   the   rest   of   the   party   to   help   and   along   the   way   they   roped   steve   harrington   into   helping   them   get   there.   (i   mean,   it   was   bad   enough   they   let   max   drive   one   before.)   it   wasn’t   until   their   surprise   arrival   and   a   lot   of   convincing   that   hopper   and   joyce   had   no   choice   but   to   let   them   help   figure   out   what   was   going   on.      

IT   was   coming,   but   this   time   it   wasn’t   Pennywise,   it   was   something   much   BIGGER.      

**side   note:   eleven   regained   her   powers   after   a   month   and   the   losers   met   the   party   exploring   town   shortly   after   they   had   arrived.   

**   it   is   up   to   the   players   on   how   the   losers   and   party   find   out   about   their   past   experiences   with   pennywise   and   the   upside   down

**   eleven   is   NOT   relocated   to   derry   with   the   byers   family.   after   everything   with   the   mind   flayer,   hopper   is   still   alive   and   she   lives   with   him   in   his   cabin   back   in   hawkins.

plot

SUMMER  IS  HERE  &  with  it’s  freedom  comes  endless  possibilities.  why  not  spend  your  time  at  the  newly  reopened  CAMP  MONROE.  from  water  sports  to  crafts  to  gaming  rooms  we  promise  to  have  something  to  do  for  everyone.  don’t  let  the  rumors  about  what  happened  here  two  decades  ago  keep  you  from  coming  now.  after  all,  CURSES  are  just  myths!    we  guarantee  the  safety  of  our  campers!  they  will  be  watched  around  the  clock  by  our  counselors.  so  come  on  down  to  this  summers  dream  destination.  

rules

i.  alright  so  for  starters  all  muns  need  to  be  18+

ii.  the  younger  kids  (i.e.  el,  bill)  will  be  the  campers  &  the  older  kids  (i.e.  steve,  bowers)  will  be  the  counselors  but  everyone  will  be  within  the  14  to  18  age  group  so  it  won’t  have  to  be  an  awkward  thing  for  them  to  be  interacting  with  each  other.

iii.  this  will  be  a  pretty  relaxed  server  but  some  activity  is  required.  don’t  take  a  character  &  then  NEVER  do  anything  with  them.    

iv.  save  the  drama  for  my  mama  cause  it  won’t  fly  in  my  server.  if  you’re  causing  problems  then  you’re  out  &  that’s  just  how  it  is.  

v.  ocs  will  be  allowed  but  they  must  be  based  in  either  IT  or  stranger  things.

she   opened   her   mouth   but   she   could   see   him   processing   so   instead   she   waited.   her   head   nodded   vigorously   when   he   finally   responded,   thankful   that   she   didn’t   have   to   explain   herself.   THANKFUL   that   she   wasn’t   always   the   only   person   who   didn’t   understand   things.   “yes,   i   want   take   picture,”   she   confirmed.   “can   i?”

honestly the saddest thing is that el ( and honestly will too ) wanted so badly to just get back to her friends. she waited for a year to be reunited with them. she was so upset that she literally blew the windows out of the cabin. it was all she wanted and basically as soon as she was, she was taken away from them again. let el be happy 2k19.
