Things that can unbalance the PH of your vagina

Some Birth control pills ( creates hormonal imbalances)

Multiple sex partners ( introducing different types of fungus into the mix )

Poor nutrition ( high in simple carbs,alcohol,sugars, etc)

Over cleansing the digestive tract ( colonics,enemas,herbal cleansing without consistently replacing the good bacteria & allowing time for them to heal)

hey my loves

i hope everyone had a good, productive week. mine definitely could have been better. i didn’t work out. haven’t been eating great. but i did get a zucchini, squash, green bell pepper, sweet onion, sweet potatoes, & some asparagus at the grocery store yesterday so i’m going to cook that this weekend with shrimp, turkey sausage, & wild rice. anyway i’m currently sitting on my rug drinking moscato out of the bottle.

really at a point in my life where i’m noticing the general transparency of most people around me, excluding my close friends. like i’m honestly over men. on God. i am just so, so, so sick of investing myself, my time, my energy into a man who just cannot reciprocate it on the same level. i want someone who is intelligent and ambitious and God fearing and affectionate and open... it doesn’t seem like there is anyone around me at the time to fit those qualities & settling is really dead as fuck. i don’t have anymore time to waste.

i just want to get to a place where i’m just comfortable with me.
