You ought to find a more original name for your character rather than just ripping the name from the character the fc is most known for playing. Its just really lazy writing on your part
Oh hey! Didn’t see this since the address change. Couple of things, aye?:
No. 1- Watch your wording, friend. I use the word “friend” ironically, since this was clearly an attack on your part—if it wasn’t, you would have found a kinder way to express yourself and not insinuate that I’m lazy. Of course, if you had the capacity for that sort of thinking, I somehow doubt you’d need that little grey mask on, would you?No. 2- FC. Capitalize it or write “faceclaim/face claim/playby/play by”, etc. Y’know, since we’re on the topic of laziness.No. 3- “It’s”, not “its”, and you forgot a period. As long as we’re lingering here.No. 4- I wonder what prompted this? This side of the account has been dead for a while. Were you just feeling small, luv, or did you have a more valid point to make?
But since the topic’s here and I firmly believe in giving more than just negative and non-constructive responses OOC, you should know that I was going to rename. You know what happened? Kenz stuck. Not Kenzi. Kenz. Curt, semi-masculine, something you can just bark out, lots of fun consonants coupled with that wonderful hard K-sound. Say the name out loud, feel it on your tongue. Kenz. Uniquely her.She didn’t have a name at first; when she did, it was Kenz. I debated using others, but I kept coming back to Kenz; it just stuck. Kenz. A determined name. The name of a scifi savior in my mind.
It’s not exactly a secret that Kenz started entirely as just Ksenia. I saw her face and really felt it would make for a stellar FC; the character of Kenz developed later on, nameless, as a sort of self-insert. She’s developed well beyond that by now, actually, and I’m quite proud of her. If your aim was to hurt me by calling me lazy and implying I’m not creative, I’m afraid you’ve missed the mark. Kenz and I have settled comfortably down on all points by now.
In the future, I’d kindly thank you to either make these comments on active blogs, where they will be seen and responded to properly, worked on or disregarded as they need be, or where they should be—entirely to yourself, since nobody asked you and you are obviously incapable of expressing yourself in neat, friendly, polite terms.
Thank you, friend, and have a wonderful day!
