Running through the poppies..
Week 2, day 3:

Run, run, run, run, run, run, in place
Week 2, day 2:
Wake up in the mornin feeling like p-diddy.
Grab my glasses, face mask, hand sanitizer, I'm out the door, I'm gonna hit this city.
Week 2, day 1:
Lunch: I had a can of tuna fish mixed with fresh lemon juice and crazy pepper.
Dinner: Chinese takeout, Fried rice and char siu pork.
Need to have flexibility for takeout once and a while, right? Plus, I didn’t eat the fortune cookie, but that may have been the lowest calorie option in the takeout bag.

day 6: Cardio, legs and butt today. That means tomorrow is quad soreness day. Can’t wait.

Diet day 3: Today’s the day. Proper eating, proper exercise. 100% hating it.
Diet day 2. Woke up at 5am. Thought about exercising.
Diet attempt 30. Day 1. Ate Captain Crunch for dinner.
