When I was a young MJ fan, I didnât realize why he was going to court so many times, so I thought that whenever a singer wants to release an album, they had to argue to the judge as to why they want the album to be released đ
There are only 2 rules when it comes to writing fanfics:
Write whatever you want.
Have fun doing it.
Thatâs literally it. There is no âshow and donât tellâ. There is no âmake it realisticâ. There is no âfit in with the trendsâ. And of course, there is no âwrite as fast as possible to keep up engagement and please othersâ.
No.
Most fanfiction writers are not professional writers. This isnât a job, weâre literally writing for shits and giggles. We donât have a team of editors behind us to make our story perfect. Fanfiction isnât about creating the most perfect plot with the most perfect prose and the most perfect pacing.
Fanfiction writing is for you first. To make your heart happy. Other people just get the benefit to also enjoy it if they wish.
Thatâs it.
Write whatever makes you happy, with whatever writing style you want, whenever you want.
They did not have dating apps back then, pretend this is a back page ad in some local gay paper idk
(Lore wise: idk this can be Donovan trying to move on while Lincoln's busy with the Faster, Baby! DLC lol)
Redraw of this w/ min. text changes:
I headcanon Donovan as 34, 5ft8, a gay trans man AND is muscular but has a layer of fat that fluctuates (hence why I used the term "insulation". Seems like something he'd say at least)
Everything else in the pic feels unhinged enough to fit Donovan. He will win because he is crazy.
Probably didn't get any replies tho cause he also just sucks.
I just seen someone on Pinterest say that Michael is only a superstar because of the movie just to defend Drake. You canât make this shit upđđđđđđđ
Just discovered that Martin Madrazo from GtA 5âs voice actor (Alfredo Huereca) posts thirst traps on his insta??? I can say this man looks AMAZING thođ¤¤
I also found out that he and Alex Hernandez (Lincoln Clay from Mafia 3) worked on an indie movie back in 2015 called Millie and the Lords. You can watch it on Tubi.
Thereâs no pics of them together but hereâs some screenshots of their scenes
I was so hyped from finally completing Bully that I forgot to give my final review. This is my personal opinion.
Gameplay-wise, itâs 10/10. I canât think of any faults that would lower this score. Iâm not trying to sound biased, but really, I canât find anything. The controls were easy to figure out (since itâs basically the same as the ps2 controls for GTA San Andreas with some minor differences). The missions werenât too hard to get through.
It took me either the first try to pass the mission or a minimum of two attempts if I failed (with the panty raid mission it took me three attempts I think). Throughout the entire game, I only got âwastedâ twice and busted once outside of missions (missions fails were mostly caused by time running out). I enjoyed the classes, wish I had the scholarship edition to get the bonus classes. The only class that I hated was gym because dodgeball was difficult (I still havenât gotten through all five).
Story-wise, it was 9/10. This is also sounds biased, but thereâs not many problems I could find except for one.
The problem was Jimmy being too easy to convince. I donât know if it was him just liking rebellion, so any opportunity he got he took it, but it took little convincing for him to accept a job. The dialogue being funny redeems this factor.
Otherwise, the story is great for being centered around a boarding school. It wasnât too fast or slow. And I love how we go through Halloween and Christmas and the town changes with the seasons.
Iâve always kinda hated Perla especially since in an old interview after she was arrested some time back (I donât remember when) she stereotyped black women as having a lot of attitude just to brag about that she had more of an attitude. Sheâs also a major Trump supporter, so that adds on to it. I donât know how true this is, but several sources have written articles about this. If it is true, then this is disgusting. Writing to a judge to go easy on an enabler who ended up killing somebody because youâre friends with them is the foulest shit.
I can see why Slash divorced her. Even though their divorce was for a different reason, Slash would definitely divorce her if their relationship made it this far because of all sheâs done lately.
Matthew Perry has done not so great things in his life, but his death needs to be brought to justice and Perla trying to make the justice lighter is just disrespectful to him and his family.
Slashâs ex-wife Perla Hudson wrote a letter praising Jasveen Sangha and urging leniency at upcoming sentencing tied to Matthew Perry's overd
I won the boss fight with literally 1 hp. If I wouldâve gotten hit one time by Gary, I wouldâve lost and had to do it all over again. And I beat it on the first try.
If itâs like the last mission GTA SA where itâs broken up into segments so if you fail it would restart at a certain point, then losing wouldnât be so bad. If itâs not, then if I lost, I would have had to do the ENTIRE thing again and I wasnât looking forward to that. My thumb was numb from how fast I was smashing the square button.
Description: Seunghyun is a troubled 18-year-old who sought dancing and rapping as a refuge from his personal problems. When the son of an entertainment agencyâs CEO witnesses his talent, his life is forever changed.
Relationship: GD x TOP
â ď¸Warnings/Notesâ ď¸: YG, GD is YGâs adoptive son, TOP has a terrible home life (none of it is based on his real life), this will be a multi-part fic
P. S. For anybody that donât know like I didnât before researching this, South Korea does have a summer break, but itâs a lot shorter than in American (lasts 3-4weeks depending on the school) so Top being on summer break would be accurate for his location.
July 2006
School was out for summer break. Other students would be relieved to have a break from the constant work school brought and the grueling teachers. For Seunghyun, however, school being out was difficult for him. It wasnât because he was some nerd that loved doing schoolwork and projects 24/7. School being out meant that he would spend majority of his time at home. Again, most students would love this, but Seunghyun hated home for various reasons.
To keep from being at home, Seunghyun tried to find activities to do out on the town. He didnât have any friends, so hanging out with others his age was not an option. The whispers from the kids walking by in the halls werenât hidden. His fellow classmates thought he was weird and creepy. Seunghyun didnât blame them. He was quiet, tall, and, whenever he did speak, his deep voice made it hard for his words to be understood.
His demeanor outside of the schoolâs walls was vastly different compared to what it was on the inside. It was like he was a different person altogether.
When the citizens of Seoul, South Korea had woken up for the day and was wandering the streets, Seunghyun was amongst them with a stereo, a speaker, a microphone, a tip jar, and several cds with instrumentals of popular rap/hip-hop songs burned onto them. He went to his spot in the plaza where attention was easy to grab. People were already turning their heads as he was setting up.
Once everything was prepared, Seunghyun started the music. The instrumental of Blackstreetâs âNo Diggityâ blasted through the speaker. A few people gathered. Seunghyun awkwardly danced in place as the intro went on. He introduced himself as T.O.P. His heart thumped hard. Though he wanted to do this, the nervousness wasnât avoidable.
The first verse began. Seunghyunâs singing was clear and steady despite his entire body shaking. More people surrounded him. The ones who were there at the beginning put any extra money they didnât mind giving to someone else in the tip jar. Seeing how the decent-sized crowd grew to like him, Seunghyun became comfortable. When the song reached its end, the tip jar was halfway full.
Seunghyun didnât want to bother the surrounding businesses in the plaza with his music nor did he want to take all of their potential customers money, so he usually only performed one song per day unless someone requested another with a tip. He would use the rest of the money to spend at different spots until nightfall.
After the crowd dispersed, Seunghyun went to retrieve the tip jar to see how much money he had collected. Whilst he bent down to pick up the jar, he heard footsteps approach him. He hurriedly hid the money behind his back, preparing to be robbed as it wouldnât be the first time.
âWoah! Calm down. Iâm not gonna take your money,â the high-pitched, soft voice behind the footsteps assured.
A boy, seemingly younger than him, was the owner of the voice. Seunghyun towered over him by several inches. The boy looked familiar, like he seen him before, but he couldnât figure out where.
Seunghyun nervously laughed, scratching the back of his neck. âYeah, sorry about that. When crooks are so common around here, you kind of stay on high alert.â
âI understand,â he agreed. âAnyways, Iâm here to tell you that your voice is amazing.â
âThank you.â Seunghyun smiled.
People showed their appreciation through their tips and cheers. However, this was the first time someone had come up to compliment him.
âI was wondering if you have heard of my dad, Yang Hyun-suk?â the boy asked.
Hearing the name finally made him realize where he recognized the boy from. He was the adoptive son of the CEO of YG entertainment, Kwon Ji-Yong. Along with his well-known father, Jiyong had appeared several times on television on reality and variety shows, including one show documenting how things worked at the agency. Seunghyun most likely saw him on television before with his father. All of the shows blended together when youâre barely paying attention, so he couldnât pinpoint exactly which one. What would the son of a CEO want with a civilian like him?
Seunghyun nodded. âYes, I know him very well.â
âGreat!â Jiyong gave a thumbs up. âWould you like to come to the agency and audition? Weâre currently trying to put together a new group and new talent is certainly needed.â
Seunghyun was taken aback. This was something he dreamed of. Literally. Every night he would dream that he would be performing on the street and a random celebrity would like him so much that they ask him to join them. And now, it was happening in real life. He couldnât turn it down.
âSure, Iâd love that!â Seunghyun shook his hand.
Jiyong clapped. âYay! Iâll help you pack up your stuff.â
After he packed up his stuff in the wagon he used to carry everything there, he and Jiyong walked together to the agency. During the walk, a conversation was sparked by Jiyong.
âSo, TOP, whatâs your real name?â Jiyong asked, hands clapped together behind his back.
âItâs Choi Seung-hyun.,â he answered. âI donât even have to ask for yours, Kwon Ji-Yong.â
âYou know me well and this was the first time weâve ever talked. Must be a super fan,â Jiyong joked.
Seunghyun could feel his cheeks turn red.
âYou were bound to come into contact with one sooner or later.â Seunghyun decided to play along.
âThis super fan I actually would rather encounter. You talk to me like Iâm an actual human,â Jiyong commented.
âSo howâs your father? Is he nice outside of television?â Seunghyun questioned.
âHeâs strict when it comes to work but is a very understandable person if you have your reasons. Heâs a good boss that makes sure all of his idols are well taken care of,â Jiyong explained, showing the appreciation he had for his father. âJust donât get on his bad side.â
Seunghyun and Jiyong arrived at the agency. It felt so surreal being in a place that he saw on television all the time. If this was a dream, he would be angry if he was woken up right now.
They stopped at the door to the studio where the auditions were being held. Seunghyun pressed his ear against the door, listening to what was going on on the inside. Chatter from possibly other trainees could be heard. This audition wouldnât be in front of only YG and Jiyong.
âWhat should I do? I didnât expect to be going to an audition today.â Seunghyun asked, trying to hide the panic.
Jiyong put his hand on his shoulder. âDo what you did at the plaza.â That was the only advice he gave before opening the door.
Eyes were instantly on them. The music turned off. Jiyong grabbed Seunghyunâs wrist and led him over to YG, who was sitting in a foldable chair looking over some paperwork while the trainees communicated with each other. His legs were turning to jelly and breathing was becoming increasingly impossible to do. He thought he was going to pass out.
âWho did you bring me today, son?â YG put the paperwork on the floor next to him.
âI found him performing in the plaza on the way here. Heâs amazing!â Jiyong answered, still holding onto Seunghyunâs hand.
YG sighed. âA street performer? You know how I feel about street performers.â He crossed his arms and legs.
That stung a little.
âI know, but heâs really good, I swear.â Jiyong was almost pleading.
âIâll take your word on it. Whatâs your name?â
âChoi Seung-Hyun, sir.â Seunghyun bowed.
âOk, Choi Seung-Hyun. Good luck.â YG nodded. âYou have a specific song you want or should I pick for you?â
âDo what you did at the plaza.â
Seunghyun requested âNo Diggityâ. He imagined that he was back at the plaza. YG, Jiyong, and the witnessing trainees were the crowd throwing him tips. The audition was easier to get through when his mind was no longer in the room. When the audition was over, Seunghyun closed his eyes, waiting for a response or a reaction. A reaction was what he got. The trainees and Jiyong clapped and cheered. He opened his eyes to bask in the applause he was getting. YG was the only one who wasnât clapping. He just stared at him with a serious smirk on his face.
âWhat you think?â Jiyong asked, tapping his father on the shoulder.
âI like it,â YG complimented. âCan you rap?â
âY-Yeah. I pretty much can do it all,â Seunghyun answered.
The smirk turned into a genuine smile, not one marked with sarcasm. âGreat! Welcome to the YG team. Come back tomorrow where weâll discuss your future with the company.â
Seunghyun bowed again as he thanked him. He left the studio. Once he was a great distance away from the door, he clapped wildly, letting his happiness show. When he had woken up that morning, he didnât expect for it to end in him becoming a trainee.
(It's supposed to be Lincoln's shirt from "The Experience" outfit)
Piggybacking off of this post I made a few days ago, I know I'm already pushing it with this AU, I just don't think Donovan would willingly wear any maternity clothes thats available in 1969.
Like, it's bad enough he's a mid-century era trans man but at least the guy he procreated with his also HUGE. Only so much he can do during the time period while not outing himself to others and easing dysphoria. Luckily he works best in the background and enjoys the solitude.
I was tempted to reference a real life horror novel but I couldn't think of anything. Imagine a really bad book to read while pregnant.
