Beautifully classic gold foil dual language double sided wedding invites
We are thrilled to announce a wedding stationery collaboration between London based wedding stationer Dimitria Jordan and Manchester based letterpress and foiling printers Lost Heritage. Three luxury ready-to-order collections have launched, designed by The Wedding Industry Awards 2017 regional finalist Dimitria. “The collections have their own style and look, ensuring each collection appeals to different couples. Dorchester, for example, is elegant with floral details and script fonts, whereas Skyline is modern and chic, with a subtle foil skyline for gorgeous understated style. Geo : Paris incorporates pretty Parisian style with a classic feel”. Each beautiful collection is printed inhouse at the Lost Heritage studio on their vintage Heidelberg windmill presses, using traditional letterpress techniques and high quality materials from respected companies GF Smith and Foilco. Letterpress has become a popular choice for wedding stationery, which is emphasized by Claire from Lost Heritage. “Letterpress has in recent years been resurrected due to its undeniable appeal. The way the foil catches the light, the texture, the deboss of the ink, the beautifully thick cotton paper stocks all contribute to making this type of printing feel more exclusive, extraordinary and appropriate for wedding stationery. The time and effort taken to create them makes it the obvious choice for something as personal and special as a wedding”. With colour changes to the design included as standard, couples can also choose from an extensive range of GF Smith card stock colours and textures, and Foilco foils. This enables countless possibilities and for each collection to be specially tailored and unique to each couple. Supplied with matching GF Smith envelopes, the wedding stationery is seamlessly co-ordinated.
