Let’s Change Our Terrible Social System?
Here is my overall understanding of America that I have arrived at after living here for my whole life:
We kill millions of innocent people in other countries for resources.
Our police force who should be protecting people are instead killing thousands of American citizens every year.
Our education system is designed to to teach only very specific information that, while is somewhat useful, does not inform anyone of the true drastic reality of our modern world or how to help fix it.
Mainstream media just creates an illusion that we are all trying to create social progress with our very ineffective political system.
We don't eat healthy at all with very few people sustainably growing their own food, but most people continue to eat bad foods their whole life.
The main goal of our lives is to make as much money as possible and live well beyond the necessities of life.
We have very few respectable values as individuals.
We spend too much time distracted on mindless entertainment and always worry about trying to impress people we don't care about with bullshit trends and fashion.
We put people in prison for a lot of things that cause no harm or at least only to themselves,and don't try and help them change their lives but instead keep them coming back to prison again and again in a dysfunctional cycle.
We never focus on being good to one another no matter how different we might be, or loving fellow human beings and living as a group that stands together in harmony as people who are equals and all exist on the same floating ball and time to start doing so is running out.
