Fear: limbo nerfs ;)
Nerf? Never heard of her.
What scared you more, librarian: Losing your brother, or finding him again?
Send me a fear and I’ll tell you how accurate it is on a scale of 1-10!
//Nasus hasn’t actually met with his brother again, so I’m going to go off of the idea of finding him again\
The gashes in the curators legs slowly stitched themselves back together as his hands found purchase on his headdress, tearing it free and throwing it across the room. The jackal’s dreads falling over his face, concealing the newly reformed stream of tears. Nasus dug his fingers into the top of his head as the voices continued to prod his consciousness about his brother. “I am afraid of what I will find when I am reunited with him once more… losing him hurt… but seeing him fallen so far from the strong little brother I knew… I cannot handle…”Rating; 11/10
Fear: Losing yourself the way you lost Renekton? >>
Send me a fear and I’ll tell you how accurate it is on a scale of 1-10!
The jackal’s arms shook as his claws dug into the flesh of his knees. Crimson streaks appearing in his fur as the curator spoke through clenched jaw, “Have I not been tortured by my past enough tonight? I would hope my end comes long before my mind is lost to such madness… He sacrificed himself to… to save Shurima… To save me. He did so only out of necessity… I would not hesitate to do the same, should my country need me to.”Rating; 9/10
fear: the library burning down
Send me a fear and I’ll tell you how accurate it is on a scale of 1-10!
Nasus clutched the binding of one of his books a little tighter at the thought. The idea of his beloved library, his life’s work, being destroyed was devastating. Centuries of knowledge lost in an instant… it would be a travesty that would effect the entire world, and the future of its intellect.
Rating; 8/10
Fear: knot asks
“…”
Rating; 100/10
Fear: Getting your knot stuck in someone for too long
The curator begins repeatedly bashing his head against the wall. Will he ever know peace from these cursed questions?
Fear: Butt too big for the knot?
The jackal rubs his temples in frustration, but otherwise ignores the voice and continues reading.
Fear: when the knot doesn't fit
Nasus stops for a moment, sighs and goes back to his book.
Fear: Having your nose booped randomly
Send me a fear and I’ll tell you how accurate it is on a scale of 1-10!
“The first several times it happened, it gave me quite a shock. Though there are a few of my more… luminescent acquaintances that frequently greet me in this way, so it has become a symbol of endearment in my mind”
Rating; 0/10
Nasus he's gone, not the brother you once knew... you'll figure that out eventually
Shimmering tears streamed down his face, their paths highlighted through the dampened fur. A swift kick sent half of the shattered table flying across his study as he screamed to the disembodied voices that have been plaguing him, “YOU KNOW NOTHING! He is a good man! He cannot stay lost forever… Nothing is lost forever…”
The jackal fell to his knees, the remaining splinters digging into his leg. He could not lose his brother. He could not lose him twice in one lifetime… He would not let another loved one die to one of his faulty plans.
A fear my muse might share with yours: The fear of having forgotten something important to your past.
Send me a fear and I’ll tell you how accurate it is on a scale of 1-10!
The jackal paused for a moment. “It would be… odd to forget something. It would definitely be a new experience, and likely a precursor to something far more sinister. I know not if the amnesia itself, or what likely looms soon after scares me more, though the prospect does make me uneasy.”
Rating; 6/10
Fear: see now, What if you're left no other choice? What if Renekton was going to end countless innocent lives to force you to fight him. Would you let him?
Send me a fear and I’ll tell you how accurate it is on a scale of 1-10!
Nasus slams his fist down onto the table, rising to his feet in fury. The solid wood cracks and gives way under the weight of his blow, splinters falling helplessly to the ground in a heap. Pages start to flutter restlessly around with room as a breeze starts to form. “Do not try my patience, mortal. My brother can and will be saved. It doesn’t matter if I have to keep him restrained while I do it, I will reach back to that brave and noble warrior he used to be!”
Rating; Still 10/10
Fear: Having to kill Renekton
Send me a fear and I’ll tell you how accurate it is on a scale of 1-10!
The jackal shifts his weight uncomfortably between his legs. He seems reluctant to even comment on the subject to begin with. After several tense moments, he lowers his head, his voice little more than a murmur, with words catching in his throat. “He will not need to be killed… he can be saved…”Rating; 10/10. He does not even want to consider this an event that could possibly take place.
Fear: Not being able to understand something to any degree
Send me a fear and I’ll tell you how accurate it is on a scale of 1-10!
“There comes, once every few centuries, a curious subject or creation that baffles even me. I have irreparably damaged many of these contraptions studying them and trying to figure out how to better improve or uncatalogued them. The prospect of someday coming across a mind who can fathom and create things even beyond my understanding both excites and terrifies me.”Rating; 5/10
Fear: Not being able to catch his tail
Send me a fear and I’ll tell you how accurate it is on a scale of 1-10!
Nasus scoffed, “Well that’s rather asinine, don’t you think? Why would I ever be afraid of that. I can reach my own tail quite easily thank you.”The Curator reached behind himself to demonstrate, and froze immediately upon discovering that he, in fact, could not reach his own tail. His face filled with the warmth of his ascended blood rushing to create a rosy blush on his skin, invisible beneath his fur. However the shock and embarrassment was clearly displayed in the jackal’s eyes.
