It was meticulously restored with very high-end features. Beautiful reception room has a gorgeous light fixture.

The owners of this huge 1906 former warehouse in Viroqua, WI took on a big project, but it looks so nice. It's a multi-use building, 3bds, 5ba, 2,970sqft, $995k (Zillow's est.: $997,900). Aside from being a single family residence, it also has several office suites, multi-purpose rooms, and a successful 2br vacation rental. Plus more than 1/2 of the building is undeveloped and ready for whatever.

It has a beautiful center hall entrance.

They did a very nice job on the main living space.

Nice living room area sitting area and a separate TV area.

Plenty of room for a dining space.

And, the cute kitchen looks cafe or diner style.

The primary suite has lots of closet space.

Plus, a walk-in closet.

And, a nice ensuite.

There's an old working freight elevator.

Very cool, roomy office space.

It even has a nice break room.

Next, there's the short term rental apt. It has a big living room.

It looks like this can be another apt., but it's the 2nd office suite.

Even though a large part of the building isn't finished, it's ready to be.

If you can't decide between a dome home and an earthship, this is the answer, b/c it's both. The 2007 home in Crescent Valley, NV has 1bd, (I counted at least 2), 1ba, 3,000sqft, $170k. There's plenty of room for expansion. It's been on the market awhile.

It looks like an earthship here.

But, it has a fancy entrance.

The owner made some cute mosaics in the floor.

Walking by, there's a bedroom in there, and there's a loft above it.

It's pretty big up here and there's another room, too.

And, this is a bedroom, so I don't know why they say there's only 1.

And, there's another loft above this bedroom.

This looks like a workspace, but it also looks like a 3rd lofted bedroom.

This is the kitchen counter. Is it normal to have those rods, b/c I never saw them in other domes. Maybe the builder is afraid that it could come crashing down.

The kitchen is behind it. Whoever built this was a little sloppy. Maybe this ceiling would better painted like a gray rock color.
