I feel so much for Louis right now.
The last two years have been so good to him, and Iāve been so happy and proud of him because itās exactly what he deserves and something that heās worked incredibly hard for. He had to conquer so many hardships to get here, and heās been happy and seemed almost unstoppable. His life has just been good again and I thought and hoped that this is what the future will hold for him, and I still think and hope that it will, but oh my god. Another fucking tragedy??? Another fucking loss??? He deserves a lifetime of endless love and support and happiness. Two years of happiness before something happens again is not enough! It must feel like a slap across the face and I HATE this for him. He doesnāt deserve any of lifeās cruelty and yet thatās exactly what heās up against, again.
I just hope heās surrounded by loads of love at the moment.
I am actually genuinely heartbroken about the passing of Liam Payne, and I havenāt thought about anything else. My thoughts are all over the place and my heart is just heavy. I didnāt even know you could feel grief like this over a celebrity, especially one that youāre not even a fan of, never mind someone Iāve actually told myself I disliked, and whose behaviours I didnāt and still donāt support.
I was very naive when I for some reason never even considered that his substance abuse would lead to this. In my head the only future I saw for Liam was one where he got sober, was held accountable for his actions and made amends with the people he hurt.
I used to spend entire days watching one direction performances, interviews and video clips, analysing or just be entertained by watching their different personalities and friendship dynamics. I obviously didnāt know what went on behind closed doors and in Liamās personal life, and I didnāt really follow him as a solo artist, but I knew younger Liamās voice, his laugh, his face, his humour, his joyful energy and his overall personality extremely well. Everything about him is so familiar to me, which makes the fact that heās gone and is never coming back so surreal and so painful, and what makes it even worse is the unbelievably tragic ending, and with how young he was. I canāt stop thinking about that. They were always asked about what they thought their future would look like, and theyād always say that itās so unpredictable and impossible to know, and I know that those 19 year old boys wouldāve never ever predicted a tragedy like this to happen only 12 years later.
Someone said on twitter that the saddest part about all of this is that thereās no closure. Maya Henry will never get justice, Liam will never get better and the industry will continue to exploit young people, and I couldnāt agree more. Itās absolutely heartbreaking.
I also canāt stop thinking about his son. Louisā IG post absolutely crushed me, especially when he mentioned Bear. I just keep thinking about how that boy will grow up on just stories about his own dad, told by other people than his dad. Itās just all very sad and my deepest condolences goes out to his close friends and family, especially his son. RIP Liam
seeing a lot of "idc if an abuser dies" type of takes and I'm sorry but no I don't agree actually. like if you believe in things like forgiveness and prison abolition etc then what we should want to happen in a situation like this, a situation where someone went through a lot of fucked up stuff as a teenager and then DID some fucked up stuff in their 20s what should happen is they apologize to their victims, take some time to reflect and learn, step away from fame, and then go on to live a long happy life with their families. that should be the goal. not this. this is just horrible all around. his death does not erase or heal anything that his victims went through and if anything is probably just going to amplify and exacerbate their trauma. I feel horrible for everyone involved and I don't think it's right to be celebrating anything.
louist91 I am beyond devastated to be writing this but yesterday I lost a brother. Liam was somebody I looked up to everyday, such a positive, funny, and kind soul. I first met Liam when he was 16 and I was 18, I was instantly amazed by his voice but more importantly as time went on I got a chance to see the kind brother Iād longed all my life for. Liam was an incredible song writer with a great sense of melody, we often spoke of getting back in the studio together to try and recreate the writing chemistry we had built up in the band. And for the record, Liam was in my opinion the most vital part of One Direction. His experience from a young age, his perfect pitch, his stage presence, his gift for writing. The list goes on. Thank you for shaping us Liam. A message to you Liam if youāre listening, I feel beyond lucky to have had you in my life but Iām really struggling with the idea of saying goodbye. Iām so grateful that we got even closer since the band, speaking on the phone for hours , reminiscing about all the thousands of amazing memories we had together is a luxury I thought Iād have with you for life. I would have loved to share the stage with you again but it wasnāt to be. I want you to know that if Bear ever needs me I will be the Uncle he needs in his life and tell him stories of how amazing his dad was. I wish I got chance to say goodbye and tell you one more time how much I loved you. Payno, my boy, one of my best friends, my brother, I love you mate. Sleep well X

Israel has done what we all predicted and warned about. Simple, pure evil. They pushed Palestinians by carpet bombing everywhere till they all had to go to the least bombed place (No, Rafah was never completely safe. They were bombed there, too, to a horrific degree), and then, after cramming what nears a two million civilians with about 600 thousand children, they are asking them to leave... to where?! Nowhere. They are just saying leave. So then, when they kill them all, they can say 'Oh, we warned them'

The way Louis carries himself and how he conquers everything so adequately and with such discipline is so admirable. He settles in a life that he wants and also accepts the ups and downs while still maintaining his focused mind and diligence. He never succumbs to the pressures, he knows his worth. He thrives on honesty and integrity, and on the goodness of his heart. Itās not unique for him to have a good heart, but the difference is that heās not afraid to use it to carry him forward.
I think the most prominent, often mentioned thing about Louis is the kindness he exudes and the selflessness he carries. He does it all in honesty. He trust his gut, he trust himself and he trust other people. He never lives in isolation, he teaches self awareness through social interaction. Heās so conscious of his own humanity and therefore of others. And If heās not conscious of it already, heās ready to learn.
Louis shines so brightly. Heās luminous and whimsical and chaotic. He wears his heart on his sleeve and heās amiable to say the least. I think thatās the greatest sort of beauty.
This year I wish to strive for Louis Tomlinsonās mindset, way of living and way of being. I aspire to let optimism lead the way instead of drowning in despair. I aspire to have the humble confidence and the courage to be vulnerable, to take risks in order to be better. I also wish to be inquisitive and allowing change. To see the glass as half full!

Can I just say that Louis is the best?
It seems that after that one show where I remember him asking the people at the far end seats if they can even see him and feeling sorry for the shitty seats they got, he actually took that in to consideration for future dates!!! Since for the show here, I booked a seat kind of in the back (cuz it's cheaper yeah) I didn't pay much mind where the stage is or whatever, but guess what!? I received a new ticket today which said that apparently they want people to be as close to him as possible so they switched some of our seats towards the front of the stage!!! The email literally says that Louis wants to be as close to the audience as possible (tbh I really don't care if there are other motives for the shuffle) and I'm just š„ŗš„ŗš„ŗ I love this man so much and I can't wait for the concert!!! šš
I admire Louis ability to interact with fans.
I think sometimes take for granted the implications of the post shows interactions or fan events in general with Louis, what I mean by this are all the elements surrounded Louis and what he needs to do personally and mentally to do those events/situations possible.
In this post shows he has so many fans yelling his name, wanting to take a picture, filming every move, asking that he signs something or wanting to talk to him, or wanting to touch him, and sure he has deal with this since one direction and now as a solo artist but still is not normal.
Remember in aotv after The Late Late Show, he said in the car something along the lines that he lives in his buble of normality and when he is with fans it takes a minute to adjust mentally because of that transition of his world when he is normal and himself to a situation were they are expecting more of him.
Somehow with all this chaos and love from fans Louis always finds a way when he does it to stay calm, kind, funny, happy and trying to see as many fans as he can and make them feel special because he knows how valuable and important those moments are for fans.
I just admire Louis ability to do that, is not easy to bring your best energy specially after the show, and somehow he still does it. Louis is such and special and amazing artist but I will try to remember this when I see new fans interactions. I love Louis and his kind heart and I'm very thankful we see more of his personality in this moments he creates with fans, we are very lucky to have an artist like Louis.
One of the beautiful aspects of being a solo Louis is always to be inspired by someone as flawed and imperfect as any normal person, but who understands that life has so much potential when you donāt give up, and when you empathize with and help others.
Louis has come out of One Direction and blossomed organically as a solo artist while taking criticism from industry-biased journalists. He has accepted that popularity isnāt a real metric of success, but has instead focused on the music itself, trying to bring new fans and new music into harmony with the music and musicians he loves.
Louis has been consistently, habitually, sometimes annoyingly and stubbornly principled. He remains generous, kind, optimistic, welcoming, and nurturing. As his bodyguard Joni once said, Louis treats everyone equally. He cares for and respects the fan who canāt afford to buy a single record as much as the fan who camps seven days to see him.
Despite everything, Louis tells us to keep trying, to keep living. He has bitterness and sadness and low times, the same as we do. He doesnāt pretend to be someone he is not. When he doesnāt succeed, he acknowledges it and moves on, no matter how much pain it might have cost. In that way, Louis allows us, his fans, to have moments of reflection and recovery too, to understand that a loss doesnāt have to incapacitate us. We, like him, can get up and try again, and hope for better times, and use our smarts and ethics to actuate it.
Steve Aoki once described Louisā first album (LT0 that was never released) as a āvery human record.ā It is gratifying to be a fan of someone who celebrates our common humanity.
