trans Ghost headcanon: No one knows that Ghost is trans except for Price; he’s completely stealth because no one would ever look at him and suspect that he doesn’t have a dick in his pants. One day (pre-relationship), Johnny is joking around like normal and Ghost snaps at him, obviously irritated by something. Johnny (being Johnny) lets his mouth run away with him and says “what’s gotten into you, LT?” to which Ghost deadpans back “I’m on my fucking period.”

Johnny, who was raised by a very strong mother and grew up surrounded by equally strong sisters and thus considers himself a staunch feminist, suddenly gets very serious and says “joke’s like that aren’t funny, Ghost,” and Ghost replies “aye, and I’m not laughing.”

Which is probably the worst way he could’ve come out to Johnny and absolutely not how he wanted to do it, but it’s worth it for the way Johnny blushes, a little contrite, a small “oh” escaping as his mind recontextualizes everything he knows about Simon. And then he shyly looks up at Ghost and asks if he needs anything, which is enough of an apology for Simon to confess that a heating pad would be nice, and then he gets treated to the sight of Johnny’s ass as he scrambles away, as eager to please as ever

Sun Tzu is so fucking funny to me because for his time he was legitimately a brilliant tactician but a bunch of his insight is shit like “if you think you might lose, avoid doing that”, “being outnumbered is bad generally”, and “consider lying.”
